Summary: Some quick fix is required for the portal.

Positive: Items are fairly categorized.
Page is bright and open. Processing time is good.

Negative: Pics and details are not clear.
Information regarding refund is not clear as well.
Not able to generate the coupons if the amount is not straight forward.

Summary: This is ok but needs to be more fast in terms of resolving customer issues and be proactive in providing details.

Positive: It was fast and was not very difficult to use. The points were also received very fast may be in some hours.

Negative: Struggling to get back my 1000 points for anniversary. Not getting resolved after 2 -3 mails to support team.

Summary: Good but need some more user friendly facilities.

Positive: It stays till we don't redeem it.

Negative: The Voucher should also be mailed to alternate (personal gmail ID) as there can be situation (like I faced yesterday) that you want to use the voucher instore but you do not have access to the company laptop/desktop/mail.

Number of brands are limited, more frequent brand to be included.

Summary: Overall it's a good application but can improve certain aspects to make it even better. Satisfied.

Positive: Good application, has quite many options to choose from.
Captures the usage record pretty well.

Negative: UI Design and ease of use.
Need more partners for gift card/vouchers.
Revoke option should be available for at least 24 hours if gift card is unused.

Summary: Overall it's a handy app to communicate and appreciate colleagues better, after all, everyone deserves and hopes for appreciation in their respective work.

Positive: It is an effortless way to appreciate colleagues or employees who are working effectively in the team and it gives the receiver of the gift options to either redeem in gift cards or in the salary.

Negative: Though it is feature rich the UI is lacking design very much. It looks staler in compassion with other websites, and UI is somewhat clumsy an first time using one would find it confusing to use.

Summary: Some corporate offers are so budget friendly that it makes a good overall experience to user Vantage Circle.

Positive: Gift vouchers save more. Great discounts in shopping and one can do budget friendly shopping. Great Use.

Negative: Some of the top company vouchers are not available to redeem. Sometimes same offers are provided in application also.

Summary: Generally it is good when i used previously. My last transaction (Tue 7/18/2023 10:02 PM) for Amazon voucher is very bad.

Positive: It was easy to order the coupon and it comes to mails in few seconds. kindly support for connecting to customer care.

Negative: My last amazon voucher taken on Tue 7/18/2023 10:02 PM is not working, i do not know how to claim again.

Can you please help?

Not recommended if the same continues.
Fed up reaching support every time we order anything to get back the points.

Positive: Good that it has many brands collaborated, and easy to redeem options.
Can have more online options and courses site redemptions added.

Negative: Amazon pay GC is no longer available which is the most usable GC.

Summary: Became third-party gift card provider. Not able to see in-house products where i can purchase directly from the site with points directly.

Positive: 1 point to 1 rupee conversion is good.

Negative: In house purchasing - except for gift card not useful for anything. or am i missing anything?

Summary: Pathetic customer support. The mention that they are forwarding your issue to concerned team, but that concerned team is not known.

Positive: Good option for the employee and employer to keep the motivational levels up by gifting vantage points, and multiple gift card options.

Negative: Redeeming is one heck of a job specially when there is an issue.

Summary: Pathetic experience.

Positive: Good offers and gift card.

Negative: I have redeemed 20000 winner circle points/ 10000 each. I have still not received the voucher details. Winner circle points are already deducted. I am writing to the support team for assistance but there is no response.
