The rewards system is simple to use and allows employees to redeem rewards quickly and easily. Cons: One downside of Vantage Circle is that the rewards system is not as comprehensive as some alternatives. There are not many rewards available and some of them may not be of great value to some employees.

Summary: It always a fun procedure though, as they are gift vouchers. gifting the same vouchers to someone else also brings a lot of happiness to them.

Negative: The cycle to access the coupon is a bit tedious. Only if we could also access the gift voucher coupon code through the app, it would had been more fun.

Negative: Denomination of 100 can be added and the validity can be extended to 2 years.
