Summary: Overall very happy with the UI, ease of finding option, ability to redeem points quickly. Also happy with the ability to track and view transaction history across cycle.

Positive: Easy to use User interface. Multiple options to redeem from.

Negative: User should have option to customize the points being redeemed and potentially consider option in future where in points can be redeemed to join in other existing points programs like Miles, Hotel points etc.

Summary: My overall experience was very good with Vantage Circle but would love to see more brands in the list like Zara, HnM, Nike etc.

Positive: It includes almost all the top brands across India and is very easy to use as it allows us to chose from wide range of voucher limits.

Negative: It should be linked to mobile number as well, as it is more easy to access the voucher codes on text message.

Summary: Overall its good product and recommended to use. The product is very good in terms performance however the offer provided and ease of use can be improved.

Positive: The product provides all feature that is expected and its design is very performant. Never faced major issues on product.
The transaction are really fast.

Negative: The ease of use of product can be improved as sometimes it takes time to find required information.
The offer on product are also ok and not that great.

Summary: I am happy to use this product. Good place to redeem my points.. I recommend all firms should tie up with these types of vendors to encourage the employee benefits.

Positive: I like site design very simple and easy to find site option. within the home page, I can be able to figure my points and major redeem cards.

Negative: I don't see any major concerns. expecting more feature and more option to redeem the points.

Summary: Overall they provide great service! Sometimes it feels a little difficult to find the required thing on app, but not annoying.

Positive: Easy to use and services are great. Support is also fine. Vantage Circle team is caring about their customers.

Negative: No cons as of now. They might focus a little bit on their app structure.

Negative: There are very less cons. But, It would be great to have more options for vouchers. Related to Shopping, vacation and food.

Positive: Lots of gift cards options to choose from. Also points break up is very good, small or big amount.

Negative: Prices are high for products. Means points requires to buy X product is very high.

Summary: I once lost the value of my MMt giftcard and i could not find how to get this back from Vantage. Support could be better. Otherwise choices provided are ample. I enjoy using the points

Positive: I really like the numerous options provided. It gives us ample of choices and i truly enjoy gift cards.

Negative: Support could be better, i once lost the value of my gift card and could not connect anywhere.

Summary: Great one!! Since it's flexible to a very great extent, get gift cards from various and different vendors.

Negative: Different process for different gift cards which causes a bit of confusion while trying to process.

Summary: All in all I have had a good experience in using the website and it has also helped me in increasing my savings. I will suggest everyone to use it.

Positive: Anyone who loves to shop should use this app for extra savings as it provides cashbacks across major websites like Amazon, Flipkart.

Negative: The cashback rate for some sites is very less, for eg cashkaro has higher cashback rate than Vantage Circle and also some additional new age websites should also be added to the portal.

Can work on few elements to make it perfect!

Negative: Earlier we had Amazon pay balance option, seems like it has been removed in the current version. If we can add it back it would be helpful.
We can add more vendors which will be beneficial to user.
