Negative: I don't find it very useful, but for people who are interested in finding good offers, it's good.

Summary: The pros and cons are pretty clear, if somehow they can work on a feature that allows users to add their own cash for getting the coupons and not just have it come from the employers, that would be great.

Positive: The ease of the UI as well as the variety of options across various categories available for redeeming the coupons.

Negative: There is no option to add Vantage points using your own money and that's definitely a huge drawback.

Positive: Its UI us very fast and user friendly. It is easier for beginners as well. The cards can be redeemed quickly without any trouble.

Negative: Nothing as of now,. Everything seems great. The only thing I would say is to offer more percent of cashback while shopping from the site.

Summary: While vantage point is a unique portal which allows employers to share rewards to employees with ease and flexibility there needs to be focused effort to bring more relevant and local offers which would improve the user satisfaction.

Positive: I used Vantage Circle to consume the reward points awarded by my employer. Good thing is cc that it is very easy to get the reward points credited and then consumed in Vantage Circle. You can generate the vouchers for popular e-commerce sites with flexibility of amount. Many times I have consumed the reward points as Amazon vouchers while ordering the items in Amazon. Vouchers generation is quick and easy and is comfortable for both employee and employer.

Negative: While there are many options for famous retailers I would prefer more local options for trivandrum based shops and restaurants. The co problem is that if I don't have any requirement to buy merchandise from Amazon or Flipkart then I don't see much options to consume the reward cc points. You should be provide options finger dining cinema etc which would be more appealing to consumers.

Summary: Overall it is good and has many options.
But looking for edit option for redemption its should not be from drop down.

Positive: It's good that we can redeem it for any online site and app according to our convenience.
Or valid for more than a year.

Negative: We can redeem only in figure which is in drop down.
500, 1000, 2000....
It should be adjustable like if I want to redeem 3000 INR i can edit it.

Positive: By using these vantage points, we would be exempting the extra income from taxation.

Negative: At least some electronics and gadgets should be on sale for discounted price.

Summary: It was okay overall. I would like to use it as there are choice of gift cards as well as discount codes as well.
