Summary: Ok.

Positive: I liked the discount offered. Also the variety of stores where I can apply the gift card.

Negative: I tried to use e gift card to purchase gold coin online. But the Customer support team of the store said you cannot use all the vouchers online you need to purchase from store offline.

Clarity was less on first time use like whether I can use all the vouchers for a single transaction, Online or offline, units and quantity will it apply to overall.

Summary: Overall good experience. I don't have anything specific to write for this review. Just gave a good review based out of usage.

Positive: I use once in a year based on the points received. Overall good experience. Features are good user friendly.

Negative: I don't know yet since i use once in a year or more. Design wise there is scope of improvement to make more attractive.

Summary: As a Deloitte employee, my experience with Vantage Circle has been a mixed one. On one hand, the platform offers a wide range of employee perks and benefits, which has undoubtedly enhanced my overall well-being and engagement at work. However, there have been occasional technical glitches and inconsistencies in the platform's performance. Additionally, the pricing structure may not be ideal for employees on a tight budget. Despite these shortcomings, Vantage Circle has undeniably contributed positively to my employee experience at Deloitte.

Summary: Well, Vantage Circle app is very good app and can be used personally and at corporate level. This app offers many credit points on most of the frequently use app. I am glad to know about this app which give me some extra cash back whenever i order from online platform such as Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, firstcry etc.

Positive: Converting points into gift cards within a fraction of a second is fantastic. In addition, the UI is clean, and the interface is user-friendly. The Vantage points with the leadership dashboard encourage me as an employee to work harder to receive more reward points

Negative: The best part is that it makes payment easy. I don't have to worry about cash delivery or any online fraud while entering my card details; with vantage points available, making the payment is easy and safe.

Summary: Excellent app but Dominos should be removed from it or users should be able to take both discount code as well as gift card benefits.

Positive: The portal is extremely user friendly and has variety of rewards and coupons ranging from e-commerce website to utilities. Excellent work by team.

Negative: You cannot apply two coupons or gift cards in one go on dominos app so you literally have to forgo your discount coupon which app provides for Dominos, You can either apply discount coupon on dominos app or use the gift voucher to pay.

Summary: I have liked all the features except the predetermined amount feature. Because of this I wasn't able to claim the amount less than 250.

Positive: - Vantage has partnered with all most all the shopping sites.
- The UI is good enough to understand.

Negative: - We need to redeem only the predetermined amounts such as 250, 300. It is not flexible as per the user need.

Summary: Good platform for business users. Encourage users, users celebrate their achievements. There are multiple option for getting their reward utilize.

Positive: Latest software with under stable guide.

Negative: Help desk should be improved. Also there should be transparent history details for all profile holders.

Summary: Overall the experience was good and all the best for the future endeavors and we would be using site for long.

Positive: Ease of using the product. The interface of using the site is good and anyone can use the site very easily.

Negative: Sometimes, using the site becomes complicated. Also, in the gift card, include malls such as D-Mart or Star Baazar which are near our residence.

Negative: The Point Redemption process seems confusing sometime.
Couple of queries raised few months back were not answered.

Summary: Overall application interface is good and need to add more e- commerce sites to access and increase the performance.

Positive: Look and feel interface and we want more denominations like 100, 150 and 200, easy to redeem the points.

Negative: I don't see Amazon gift vouchers are not there, we don't want Amazon shopping vouchers.

Summary: Overall happy with the platform and its features and functionalities. could be a better experience if you take care of the points mentioned above.

Negative: Redemption denominations should be open, currently my 234 is stuck as there is no equivalent redemption value available. amount of redemption partners with in the platform are less could be looked at.
