Summary: Good experience. I would definitely recommend it to people. I would still like them to come up with more offers and discounts.

Positive: Gift cards for major platforms are available. Easy to understand and use. Quick response. User interface is good.

Negative: Sometimes few gift cards didn't appear on somedays. I would like that all should be available, like big basket, I observed this.

Summary: More brands can be introduced to have more options for shopping. Example: Puma, Bata aren't available in the list.
Book my show offer details are confusing.

Positive: The App is well designed and easy to use and the email communication is quick.
The food options vouchers are really impressive.

Negative: Having two different gift card and ecards makes it difficult for us to sometimes understand the difference. We can have only one voucher details with PIN applicable to both online and offline shopping.
We can also have the ecard details sent to registered Mobile number instead of only Email.

Summary: Good. However with room for improvement in terms of adding new redemption options as well as more cool features to enhance user experience.

Positive: The points with redemption options to effectively use the accrued benefits and enjoy it to its best.

Negative: Referral rewards no longer working. Really looking forward for it to be back.

Summary: User friendly website, points are redeemable easily, lots of websites listed to redeem points on. Nice experience.

Positive: Everything about the software is nice. Website could have been more pleasant to the eye. So that users feel good while using it.

Negative: User should be able to type in the number of points exactly how much to redeem. Or at least larger denominations should be in option.

Summary: Overall a great way to get rewards from your org and utilize to your own discretion without being bombarded with irrelevant ads or calls.

Positive: Point based rewards that can be redeemed for vouchers to whichever brand you wish.
App is easy to use with clean UI.

Negative: Points can sometime not be accrued for purchases and the requirement to purchase from web browsers especially when the retailers push app only purchases.

Summary: It was a good experience, using site is easy and can access all products and sites easily. There is no traffic or time lag while redeeming vouchers on their respective website.

Positive: There are various brands included which gives us a wide range to choose from. Almost all of the most used and customer preferred partners are included.

Negative: Amount of voucher where it can be redeemed is mostly minimum 250, so many times it becomes difficult to use the credit left in multiples of 50 when there are lesser points left. There should be an option to generate an adhoc amount card so one can use as per there own convenience Eg: orders on Swiggy and Zomato may not always be in multiples of 100, and loading extra points is not always possible, so if we have an option to ulitise at least all the remaining balance amount it would be great. Eg: I had left 450 points and I could use them only on Dominos as they had an option of redeeming 150 points, however, it did not allow me to put 3 gift cards, it should have option of accumulating balance as it allows on Amazon.

Summary: Overall I personally liked the dashboard and accessibility of the site. The filters make it easy to access.

Positive: There are variety of brands and options to offer. Vantage Circle also provides amazing offers which attract the customers.

Negative: I think the redeemable amount feature should me customized.

Summary: It was really good using this. I have lot of options to convert vantage points to different wallets like Amazon Pay, ajio etc...

Positive: Have lot of options to convert the Vantage Options to different Wallet's. (Ex : Amazon Pay, Ajio etc...)

Negative: Nothing as of now. It is really good experience using this.

The programme certainly fulfills its promise to make clients feel valued, whether it be through savings on future purchases, special access to promotions, or even customized benefits catered to specific interests.

Positive: One of the top incentive programmer I've utilized up to now is Vintage Circle. Redeeming reward points for different brands is possible with a variety of options. Additionally, the redemption process is quick and safe. One an quickly redeem the points on the spot of POS.

I enjoy the service overall. Thanks to my organization and Vantage Circle for making this happen.

Negative: I think they should emphasize the redemption of points in wallets. We cannot redeem it in wallets such as Amazon or Flipkart.
I don't have options for bookmyshow redemption.

Summary: My experience is good and I like it however I strongly feel there is huge potential to make this big and drive usage.

Positive: Flexibility of multiple options to use points, this gives a opportunity to use it the way user wants and limited by it.

Negative: Products and discounts like other aggregators. This will create business opportunities and it will be win - win situation for both side.

Summary: Very easy to access and wide variety of vouchers to redeem. Fastest delivery of gift vouchers via email is an ultimate experience.

Positive: Good to have a wide range of gift cards for redemption, compared to the other redemption sites i'm able to redeem all points and also got the equivalent gift voucher.

Negative: Not able to utilize the points in the corporate offers section while buying a laptop.

Summary: Good tool. Reward and recognition is easily done using the app.
User interface is easy. Options are good.

Positive: Portal is easy and intuitive to use.
Gift card options are many and there is good variety, multiple category.

Negative: Reward categories can be increased. To many options to be filled out when giving our rewards.

Summary: Overall, the experience has been great so far. The redeemed vouchers always arrive within a few seconds and I have never felt cheated by the website.

Positive: The best thing about the Vantage Circle is the vast range of purchase options/stores available to redeem vantage points from.

Negative: More options should be kept on being added to the already available ones.

Summary: Good. Would be better if edit option is there or any defined templates for appreciating and motivating.

Positive: Like about the user page. Easy to post any appreciation with pictures. Have good features and interface of the page is good.

Negative: Cannot merge the text and images.
50rs voucher cant be redeemed.

Summary: Delightful due to flexibility and ease of maneuvering in the app. Can be easily accessed over Android from remote locations also.

Positive: 1. Ease of handling

4. Accessible on various platforms

Negative: Some times, tacking names becomes difficult. Could be due to complexity of organization directory structure.
