Positive: A great way to motivate the professional and keeping them involved in the firm. Also a way to make them believe valued.

Negative: I don't see any cons in this one as such and cant think of a negative point for this.

Negative: Has limits of points to redeem at once. Suppose I want 4000 in one gift card but it will have options to redeem like 2,000, 3,000, 5,000

Negative: At times, Some vouchers aren't available that we are looking for and we need to request for it so that becomes an issue at times. But, It's not the case all the time but just wanted to highlight.

Negative: The team members of the closed group are not intiminated when there is an appreciation is done by the manager. That is the team members under the manager or the associates belongs to the group should get informed.
