The GUI is good for real.

Positive: Very nice GUI, informative application without accessing mail box.

We should be able to see options more easily for who has send us gift.

Summary: Overall my experience is good as I get this point almost every month from the senior lead and I use that for my needs.

Positive: This is easy to use.
Adding points in my preferable online shopping place and then adding the gift cards in my shopping account and enjoy.

Negative: Leaders and managers should give this point frequently.

Summary: The concept is fine, but as an end user I feel this is an unnecessary overhead in my work day. You could rather develop an app that seamlessly integrates into Microsoft Teams.

Positive: - Easy way to recognize colleagues on their achievements
- Different badges for different occasions/events
- Multiple options for redemption of award points, and they are good

Negative: - Can't add my custom badge images (example for birthday)
- UI needs to have a smooth modern look
- Its an unnecessary overhead to open a different portal altogether just for sending recognition to a colleague. It has no other use.
- HR is constantly pestering to use this product. It takes a lot of productive time.

Summary: Overall, I am more than satisfied with the usage of the application on the browser.

I also like to option of multiple tie-ups you have with highly used ecommerce websites

Positive: 1. It's very simple & user friendly to use on the browser, I haven't had the chance to use it on my mobile yet
2. The coupon is received almost instantly

Negative: I believe the 'Redeemed Vantage Points confirmation' email can be eliminated. From an UI point of view, it's best to avoid multiple emails

Summary: This is a great platform for a company to reward employees & has good redeemable options available. A minimum number of points are needed to redeem any voucher depending on the brand.

Positive: Multiple brand vouchers available with a great benefits across Fashion, Food, Travel and many more sectors. The customer support is also very good and fast.

Negative: I believe the interface can be improved a bit.
Also, I think there should be customizable redemption options basis number of points available.

Summary: My overall experience with Vantage Circle has been great. Its interface is very user-friendly and they provide prompt customer care services. The vendor list is amazing as is with a scope of little expansion. All in all, it has been a wholesome experience.

Negative: Lesser Vendors - the current vendor list is amazing. But could you please also add Urbanic, Cleartrip, Zomato, etc. too?

Summary: Overall it’s a nice experience to use Vantage points. Points never expires and easy to redeem when ever we want.

Summary: Overall experience is nice. I have used these on myntra, amazon, flipkart, and i could see even tanishq , giva etc jewelry brands are on the list. Good to have such a variety.

Positive: Like how wide variety the Vantage circle offers for the points to be redeemed. These are almost equal to a cash prize as employees can buy anything they want.

Negative: I wish there was an option to convert it to a credit balance which could be used for "any" payment. Eg something like a physical card (eg debit card) to allow usage and easy payment anywhere.

Summary: My overall experience of working with Vantage system has been relatively good. There are certain things which I liked and certain things can be improved.

Negative: - Number of vendors should be increased.
- Option to use these points directly at some vendors rather than buying gift card.

Summary: Overall good experience using the portal. The offers put up are really good and useful however there are a few points that could be improved as mentioned earlier.

Positive: The overall idea of the corporate gifting and employee rewards is outstanding. The products available in the merchandise section are really comprehensive and competitively priced.

Negative: Vantage could add back the Amazon Pay balance gift card redeeming option which was previously there in the portal however was removed only recently. The gift voucher is good but cannot be used for anything else other than purchasing products on Amazon.

Vantage could also increase the cash equivalent HDFC EBix card value to ₹5000 or more if possible, which currently capped only at ₹2000

Summary: Great !!! This is more like a cherry on the cake.

Only factor is that points should keep coming at periodic intervals.

Positive: This helped me to fulfill my monthly grocery / bill payment needs.

This helps in situations when in month ends specially.

Negative: More brands should be included for example here we do have some popular brands only.
