Negative: The amount that can be credited to the gift card from vantage points is fixed in pre determined denomination.

Positive: The best thing I like about vantage points is the wide variety of options it offers to select from. Also as each vantage point is equal to Rs 1 it is an added advantage for employees to use the same.

Negative: None. I have experienced no cons using the vantage points site.

Summary: Overall I loved the experience. It was hassle free. I could easily find the website I wanted and the denominator of gift card I wished to purchase.

Positive: I liked the fact that the vantage point provide equal amount of gift card value and do not decrease the value of gift card. I loved the variety of websites for which I can purchase the gift card.

Negative: I think that there is scope to include multiple other gifts cards that can be included. Also, there should be some reward or additional vantage points on purchase of high value gift cards for example above INR 5000.

Summary: I have been using Vantage Circle since last few months. My overall experience is satisfactory. I would surely recommend this to others.

Negative: More brands should be included. Another most important thing that could be improved is the points can't be cashed.

Summary: The overall experience has been great. I redeemed my points for Flipkart gift vouchers. It was easy and quick. I received the gift card code and pin on my e-mail and the entire process was smooth and hassle free.

Positive: It is very easy to redeem your points for gift cards. Once you have points in your account, you have a wide variety of outlets to choose from, with redemption starting from as low as 100.

Negative: The app for Vantage Circle is a little buggy and complex to use. Someone who does not already have points and wants to earn using Vantage Circle may find it difficult to do so because of the buggy website and unclear instructions around how to navigate the website.

Negative: The link between infosys and Vantage Circle seems to be broken sometimes.

Summary: Overall, I like the vantage point process of getting points on transactions. But I still feel there's a scope of improvement.

Positive: I really like the Vantage Circle's whole idea of providing the points on every transaction you make. I earned few points, and I redeemed the same. And it's actually easy process.

Negative: I was unable to get Amazon Pay gift voucher for redeeming my vantage points when I was actually in need. Quite disappointed on that.
