Positive: User Interface is good. Was able to select and place order for voucher with ease.

Negative: It would be better if more products are included in the list.

Summary: Been great so far as i have redeemed vouchers for Amazon and Urban ladder and not faced any challenges till date.

Negative: Buying goods are higher priced than Amazon, and descriptions are not there. Nor do they have reviews and ratings.
Not sure if we order goods, how soon will they get delivered.

Negative: Though it has a lot of options to choose from, there are few other popular websites or applications which needs to be added like Nykaa etc.

Positive: The offers are good. It is easy to use. User experience while using the app is perfect. The home page displays all the offers at one place, which is quite convenient.

Negative: Few navigations are tough to find. Example, the redeemed gift vouchers should be available on the app only, rather than emails. The offers should also be a bit less complex to redeem.

Summary: I think I have had a good experience on an overall basis. The site was easy to sue and understand, and the overview/guide really helped.

Positive: The website was very easy to use. As soon as I availed my points, the gift cards were credited very quickly. Additionally, there were multiple options to choose from. Very happy with how smooth everything was.

Negative: I did not find any problems with the services here so far. I think everything is pretty smooth and user friendly.

Summary: Overall the experience is good, if the user interface gets smooth it will be a great app with many happy users.

Positive: Process for redeeming vantage points is very hassle free and I loved that it does not ask for password on every step.

Negative: User interface is not that great for the Android app.
