Negative: The pricing system i.e the coupons which would be generated, maybe custom amount can also be added so that we can have the exact amount for the coupon in a single one.

Negative: Minimum points i received so if i received more points then i will enjoy more so No any points need to be discussed in this section.
I think no any extra points in this section so it is ok.
If you give more points then we have to discussed more on this so keep it in mind.

I never found this app stuck at any stage while redeeming my vantage points on this app. That's what I really liked about it.

Negative: There should be helpline number for user support regarding their query.

Summary: This is a good equivalent to money and we can control our shopping through the points in there which is a good check. Also, it is convenient to use and can be easily redeemed. There are a good number of shopping sites listed in the app so you can find most of your required products in there.

Positive: This is an easy equivalent to gift cards. It can be redeemed without much drama. Also, most used sites like amazon and myntra cards are easily available.

Negative: Coupons can be redeemed only through the email ID which makes it a little difficult to copy the code enter it into the respective app, it would be better if we had the option to add the voucher to the respective site directly from the app.

Summary: Very good and satisfied with the ease of using it.

Positive: I have received the vintage point of 30000 out of which 15000 has been redeem by me but for 15000 points I have raised a query with the team and waiting for the confirmation from the team which is already 72 hours now no revert.

Negative: Response on the query made by user is not up to the mark.
