    A little overwhelming at first but good overall

    Summary: Great platform overall once I learned how to use it. The org chart comes in handy for me on a daily basis. So that is great to have on hand.

    Positive: Love the org chart and ease of accessibility to pay stubs. The ability to see all of your deductions and change them when needed.

    Negative: The interface at first seemed like a LOT and it was hard to find certain things due to the naming of the page. But I am not sure if that is an internal thing or UKG.

If you plan to greatly reduce the costs that would be involved in managing processes to train staff or to generally optimize the outlook for work, UKG Workforce central is surely the most cost-effective option you can get.

    Positive: Working with all types of scenarios that require workforce augmentation is a reality with UKG Workforce central, especially if they are atypical scenarios that require a quick solution to work incidents.

    Negative: Controlling all the results involved in a workforce optimization process is quite complicated even with Workforce, although the software compensates for this by offering a much more assertive quality of feedback for each operation.

The monitoring module interface has helped us improve insight in the many business areas from turnover to labor distribution. It reduces the time it takes us to perform administrative tasks. For our consultants, we often use self-service which helps consultants feel motivated.

    Positive: From running reports to making changes to advisor tax settings, UKG Pro is easy to navigate and find what we're looking for. In the busy world of payroll, making things easier helps with efficiency.

    Negative: The delay in responses in resolving tax cases entered into the Client Service Portal is the biggest issue they had over the years. They have made an effort recently and yet I have seen an improvement, but there is still room for further improvement.
