Summary: Overall experience is going good since 4+ years & still going on. Its amazing features & seamless integration has bring a lot of smoothness & productivity.

Positive: The best part is its integration with other Microsoft applications, due to this function the workflow becomes very smooth.

Negative: The only thing i feel as a con is its interface seems a bit outdated, as compared to its competitors.

Summary: My overall experience has been extremely possible. It helps me schedule meeting right from the emails, mobile access is very smooth, the multiple authentication ensures a secured access over my inbox.

Positive: There are a lot of Pros some of them are its email management options like advanced filters, email categorization, sync with other Microsoft tools like Microsoft teams, Calendar & scheduling. Also its user friendly which is a great thing for new users & there are a plenty of tools embedded which helps you customize & manage your emails.

Negative: We frequently see a delay in updating our email box, apart from that Microsoft Outlook seems a perfect tools for professional collaboration & communication.

Summary: Look no further for a great work email option. It is easy to use and has a host of useful tools and features.

Positive: It integrates seamlessly with other Microsoft products, has computer, mobile, and web versions that all work well, and is a great option for work email. I have especially been a fan of the Zoom integration! It's easy to use and does everything I need to (and then some) for my job.

Negative: I honestly do not have a major con. The only thing I can think of is that the layout of where features are varies depending on what device I am using, so it can be difficult to find certain things. However, this is really minor!

Summary: All in all, Outlook is a great staple to have regardless of what area of business you operate in. I don't see myself not utilizing Outlook in my current career.

Positive: I've utilized outlook for years throughout multiple roles within the same company. It is a great hub for everything including emails, integrating with other Microsoft tools, and is visually very easy to navigate.

Negative: I haven't found a way to integrate Gmail and Outlook features that I like in tandem, but it could just be user error.

Summary: This solution has worked well for me and the companies I work for for many years. Seems to be a very easy way to keep track of appointments, communications, and even conference rooms. Very easy for users to adopt and learn to use proficiently.

Positive: Mail client, calendar, easy to use. Easy to train new users to get started and delve into more complex features.

Negative: Can be hard to get to some settings for configuration or troubleshooting.

Summary: Outlook is the email client with the most features and best interface, but it can be slow and buggy on desktop, especially when starting up.

Positive: - UI is functional and makes it easy to find what you want
- cross platform
- a huge number of features, including automatic inbox rules, scheduled sending, calendar and task list functionality
- built in spell checker
- deep integration with other Microsoft software, including Teams
- including with office subscription

Negative: - runs quite slowly on desktop, especially when starting up

Summary: Outlook is still my favorite email software, because of its many, many functionalities and the possibility to customize your mailbox to a great extent.

Positive: -Very great customizability regarding mailboxes and subcategories of your main inbox
-setting signatures is very easy and you can create as many different ones as you want
-integrated Outlook calendar
-you can add an email as an attachment to another email to forward them

Negative: -Outlook used to automatically pop out new emails, which was really convenient. This functionality was removed in the last few years.
-There are a lot of different functions and I regularly have to troubleshoot in order to find a certain functionality

Summary: Love the dependable service and the functions. The filing service in the email is really good. Helps me keep everything organised.

Positive: Easy to use, efficient. It is always dependable and is used for all our internal and external communication.

Negative: There are no cons, I really like Outlook and all the features are great.

Summary: Overall, Microsoft Outlook is a reliable and secure email client that comes with clean UI yet very effective in use.

Positive: - It has clean and minimal user interface.
- It can be easily integrated with other software like Skype.
- It offers an exceptional security and privacy of the user data.

Negative: - The mobile application is slow compared to the desktop version of the software.

Summary: Microsoft Outlook is an amazing service. The connectivity within 365 and outlook is so intuitive and just simply ingenuous.

Positive: This email service is by far the most responsive, quick, and intuitively designed service I have used. Microsoft keep up the good work. I cannot wait for Windows 11!

Negative: What's great is I have no issues with this service. Amazing work Microsoft!

Summary: Best mailing application I've come across. It provides us all the required features for composing efficient mail as well as categorizing mails.

Positive: 1. One of the most useful features of Outlook is that we can create different folders in inbox main folder, and create rules for them, it helps us in sorting out mails,
2. Other useful feature is Focused Inbox and Others Inbox, non-actionable mails can be sent to Others folder such as monitoring mails etc.,
3. Easy to set confidentiality of a mail,
4. We can assign different priorities to the mail and and flag mails also,
5. Other important feature is Reminders (Calendar), it gives notification of an event before 15 mins. and at the scheduled time,
6. We can add several add-ons (both Microsoft's and our internal organizational),
7. We can compose mail just like we edit any document, much easier to compose mail than other competitors.

Negative: No major Cons as of now.
Sometimes Outlook gets hanged when it has to load several mails, if this gets fixed, it will be more faster to use.

Summary: This is the best mailbox product out there. The ability to create macros, rules, and other customizable features is great for productivity, especially given the relatively low cost. Highly recommend.

Positive: This is a great app for users of all skill levels. It's simple enough beginners while providing features that allow more advanced users to increase their potential.

Negative: I occasionally have issues with creating rules for alternative mailboxes besides the main one.

Summary: Outlook is connected to everything I use. Easy use of documents and attachments in email, and calendar integration is a life saver.

Positive: Communication, meeting scheduling, room booking, calendar and personal organization. All are run throughout my organization using outlook.

Negative: Sometimes I like Teams calendar view better because it is less cluttered.

Summary: Microsoft Outlook is an essential resource that our team utilizes daily. The email scheduling feature is helpful as well.

Positive: Microsoft Outlook works great for our team. We use it every day. It keeps emails organized and has a solid search function.

Negative: I wish it synced better with Apple products. At times, they don't play well together.

Summary: Very easy to use, integrates with everything, and no problems, but if there is a problem, hard to get help.

Positive: Outlook is very easy to use, I love the way it integrates with so much! It integrates with all new software I want to use, and my company. The calendar, contact list, to do list, and email is all the same.

Negative: The support team is very hard to get help from. Every time I've contacted them, it takes days to receive a response.
