    Summary: So far, so amazing!
    Both Joel and Dave are superb to work with. I like their professionalism with personal touch. They represent the best of the best!

    Positive: Service, price, and easy to use.
    From the first person I talked with, to the second person (whom that's all I need), I couldn't be happier with. That's the number one thing I like about TicketSpice.

    Negative: There is really not much cons I can think of at this moment.

    Summary: Excellent product. The price for the service was fair. The scanning app was easy to use. Able to give refunds when need. Funds were transferred daily with a sales report.

    Positive: We used TicketSpice for timed ticket sales at our Pumpkin Patch in 2020 and am using them again this year. Great support and easy to use.

    Negative: I have no negative feed back, The product works as described.

    Summary: I am new to TicketSpice and I love it. You can make your ticket page so customizable that it doesn't even look like the customer left your main website to purchase! I highly recommend and plan to move over for all of my events this year.

    Positive: Very customizable and has a lot of great features. Very user friendly. Great staff - Dave and Shadi were super helpful.

    Negative: So far I do not see any "cons" to this ticketing platform.

    Positive: Accessible, staff is friendly, product is user friendly. Dave walked us through how to use everything on zoom and it was very easy.
