    A dream to work with

    Summary: Overall, very happy with Nutickets and as mentioned previously, the support team is extremely responsive. Never condescending or over technical in their responses. Our team is admittedly not computer savvy, yet they all enjoy using Nutickets, and it was easy to train them.

    Positive: I have nothing but praise to sing for Nutickets. My account manager is very responsive and anything I ask for is executed promptly and efficiently. We vetted about six of the top ticketing platforms and Nutickets stood out far and above the rest. They get us in a way that their competitors do not in our opinion. And the best bonus is that Nutickets has the absolutely nicest people working for them.

    Negative: Some of the powerful features are hidden from the casual user, so it is not always intuitive when a change is needed. Fortunately, we can just Nutickets support know what we need, and they will do the necessary changes.

    Summary: Nutickets account set up managers were very thorough in getting our organisation set up. They asked all the right questions and were on point throughout the entire process. Whenever I have a question or problem I can easily out to customer service representative who helps me right away. I really appreciate that!

    Positive: We have had absolutely no problems with Nutickets. They have lived up to all their promises and the customer service is excellent. The support reaction time is fantastic along with the time it takes to make any corrections or changes.

    Negative: Not really much, I have no issues or complaints! Just had a hard time putting a time slot in without doubling or tripling it on one day. Was an easy fix .

    Summary: We have seen other options and for our needs they just do not measure up to Nutickets high standards of excellent service.

    Positive: Nutickets have been great to deal with and the system easy to use. Onboarding and transitioning was easy and they are very helpful getting you up and running. Nutickets is competitive with upgrades and has API's with nearly every imaginable API you could want. It is a system that is a great fit for us.

    Negative: For some of the functions there are a lot of steps that can trip me up sometimes. This is a minor irritation and I still rate them highly.

    GREAT option, Happy so far

    Summary: The platform was exactly what we needed to support our events. We were able to have all of the functionality we wanted. They even went out of their way to have their designers add a feature I requested.

    Positive: I have had nothing but great experiences with Nutickets. Easy to include images, easy to process payments, easy to edit and update. The user interface, for the most part, was very quick to learn. A lot of the features were very intuitive. My favorite thing about Nutickets is their customer service!! If I emailed I knew I would get a response within an hour.

    Negative: There was some weird glitch when updating my events. Customer service told me to hit the refresh button which did make it work. They told me they had scheduled development work to resolve the issue. Never encountered it again.
