TicketPeak is a cloud-based ticketing and event management software that automates the ticket selling process for organizers. TicketPeak allows customers to purchase tickets online via any mobile platform or a desktop computer. Features include Class/Workshop Registrations, print-at-home ticketing, assigned seating, QR check-in, subscriptions, passes, merchandise, mailing list integration and built-in credit card processing. TicketPeak integrates with third-party platforms like MailChimp and Constant Contact and also with credit card gateways for customer transactions like PayPal, Authorize.net and Network Merchants.

Great System; Reasonable Cost Date: Jul 26 2021
Summary: Terrific experience overall. With the automatic integration to Mailchimp, we are fully integrated for ticketing, class registration, and patron relationship management.
Positive: We like the ease of use, the design of their new release, their great support, and the ability to set up seating plans for reserved seating.
Negative: When we first started with them many years ago, they didn't integrate with Mailchimp, but now they do.

Summary: We have been clients for 12 years. We have occasionally requested additional features and they have provided them. When we move our workshop registrations to TicketPeak, our registrations went up significantly because of the ease of use versus manual forms.
Positive: Ticket buyers and class registrants love the system. Easy to use. Support is great and cost is low. Integration with Mailchimp and Constant Contact.
Negative: No cons really. Early on , seating plans were difficult to use, but their new version addressed that.

A Wise Decision -- Choosing TicketPeak Date: Jul 01 2021
Summary: The system is very smooth in it's operation and after working with it for 30 days I feel that this was indeed a good decision. The learning curve was a little longer than anticipated as most of our box office volunteers are over 75 and not very computer literate. They are set in their ways and do not embrace change very well or quickly. We are now past the difficult stage and things should be running smoothly from July 1 forward.
Positive: We have found that TicketPeak is very responsive to our unique needs and Sabrina Stewart is always available for further guidance. When we first began using this service I was on the phone with Sabrina on a Sunday afternoon. We were considering 4 separate companies for our Little Theatre. TicketPeak rose to the top because of their willingness to assist our people, speed of implementation, and cost. We chose well.
Negative: We have a unique bookkeeping system (antiquated) that requires TicketPeak to rework some of their reports. They have jumped right in to format these reports to fit our needs.
