Summary: I made the switch from Eventbrite to Ticket Tailor for selling tickets for my forest bathing walks (Soft Earth Forest Therapy), and I'm so glad I did. Not only is Ticket Tailor B Corp certified, they donate a portion of each ticket sold to one of their climate charity partners. Their services are seamless and easy to use, their support is fast, kind, and helpful, and I feel really good knowing that a portion of the fees I pay for are supporting an awesome business doing important work for small entrepreneurs like me, as well as our planet.

Negative: I can't think of anything at the moment that I am unhappy with.

Summary: Great experience. Once you get the hang of it, it is quite easy to use and provides a great experience.

Positive: Much cheaper and easier than Eventbrite. It is a great way to make online sales and guarantee payment for my service.

Negative: Takes a little while to get your head around it, but once you have, it's great.

Summary: Ticket sales and check ins were super easy. We have permanently made the switch to Ticket Tailor! Offers the same ease and features as other ticketing platforms with a much better price.

Positive: Very easy to set up an event and navigate. They gave us a special rate as a nonprofit. Customer support responded quickly.

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like about Ticket Tailor.

Summary: AWESOME! Even when I made a mistake, I was easily able to jump onto a live chat and someone helped me through it & even followed up with me to confirm I made the proper changes.

Positive: Easy to use software that enabled me (the not so savvy) to easily create my first set of event tickets.

Negative: Honestly nothing - I've very quickly figured my way around and I'm really happy with it

Summary: Highly recommended to use Ticket Tailor platform for your events, they have 24/7 support which helps to clear your doubts.

Negative: Some time I feel very to design the seating layout if you have any support to make that design much easy that will be great. this is my opinion, i know you don't provide this facility.

Summary: Overall it was a great product and easy to use. It met all of our needs and customers we happy with their experience as well.

Positive: Ticket Tailor met all of our event ticketing needs and exceeded them! Great program and we look forward to using it for our future events.

Summary: Really great. Highly recommend this product, especially for people who need simple, fairly-priced solutions. I used it to sell tickets to my concert, and it made my life so much easier.

It was easy to set up with a guided walkthrough, but custom solutions are not hard at all to implement.

Negative: I did have a hard time finding information on the process of integration with physical payment systems.

Summary: Overall this is any easy product to use that does what you need it to with minimal effort, enhancing your business.

Positive: I’ve recently started using Ticket Tailor for my dog training workshops and classes. It’s simplified everything! I no longer need to spend time emailing clients, trying to match bank payments, chasing for payment. Tickets are bought, money comes in! Easier to use than others I’ve tried, I like that I can personalise the booking form, clients emails and add my terms and conditions.

Negative: So far there’s nothing I don’t like, everything working as expected.

Summary: Really great. We've been trying to turn other comedy clubs on to Ticket Tailor because lower fees mean more money to pay comedians! Win-win!

Positive: Easy to use website. Event pages look great. Integration with Stripe for payments was simple and efficient. Fees are much much lower than Eventbrite!

Negative: No cons so far! It's been a great experience with no hiccups at all!

Positive: The layout is intuitive but where needed the help guides are straightforward. All issues I've had were easily and quickly solvable.

Negative: Perhaps not as many features on the lower-payment options as some other sites, but perfectly adequate for most users imo.

Summary: If I had to describe them in short, I'd say No Fuss, Straightforward, Easy to use.

Positive: I found TT on my quest for a more transparent, ethical solution to selling tickets in other words I was done with being ripped off, OR ripping off my customers with extra fees on top of the ticket price.

Uploading and most important, updating my events whilst they were live was super straight forward. The ticket options are very easy to create, from donation based to sliding scale which for me is very important to be able to offer.

Connecting with customer service was really easy and they responded very fast.

Super LOVE the ability to send broad casts to my buyers, this was a feature I was not expecting but I have used several times.

Navigating the events, the dashboard is really easy, more so then another big ticket seller I have used in the past.

Negative: Thus far no cons, and so will continue using their services.
