Summary: Overall my experience has been great. I have used Ticket Tailor for two years. Our organization had two events a year. Been using this site for both and it has been a great experience.

Positive: Great customer service. Setting up your ticket sell is easy and everything is organized when printed off for records.

Negative: Not sure I have a con. The site is easy to use!!!

Summary: I've been using Ticket Tailor for about a month or two now and am quite happy so far. Using it is simple and straightforward.

Positive: Ticket Tailor is fairly simple to use. The site allows for customization and also enables you to change and edit (ticket prices etc.) pretty easily.

Negative: There is a fee per ticket sold. Probably comparable to other similar sites but I have not researched it.

Summary: We started using TicketTailor for the run of our first live paid show in October 2019. It worked seamlessly for sales and check-in. Throughout 2020, we have used it for reservations to our free Zoom events. Again, seamless operation! In addition, the widget works flawlessly on our Wordpress website. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, the customer service reps are quick to respond, quick to grasp a problem, very knowledgeable about their service, and quick to provide a solution. We could not be happier with TicketTailor!

Positive: TicketTailor has all the features our small performing arts nonprofit needs for both free and paid events. The cost is reasonable--and less than other online ticket and event services. And the have the BEST customer service on the planet!

Negative: So far, we have found nothing to cause us any issues.

Summary: I have been using ticket tailor for a little over 2 years now and I love the flexibility of it. As a small arts + event venue, some months I have several events while some I only have a few. Having the ability to change what a pay with them each month has been awesome (as well as having the ability to pause it during quartered months). I also have loved how easily I was able to place it inside my WordPress website and have it branded to my business. And they make it easy to customize to boot! I 100% recommend this product.

Positive: Super easy to use and customize, the price (no more paying per ticket!) and an over all awesome site for small businesses!

Negative: If there is a con - it would be the big jump between listing 5 events verse 25 events on the small to medium plan. I typically have approx 10-15 events per month that I need listed and I wish there was a plan that accommodated that without having the price jump $50. But with the ease that you can switch plans, I have made do with and it is still be better for my bottom line than the other event systems!

Summary: I've honestly had a lot of help from the team which was what made this platform stand out to me. The website is easy to click around and just pleasantly designed. I've had no trouble at all with it so far and I would recommend it to other event organisers.

Positive: Ticket tailor has been such an easy platform for me to use. I run a small (50-70) event and I've found the site and it's integration with stripe extremely user-friendly. I've trawled that FAQ more times than I care to say and it is extremely detailed. More than that, when I couldn't get my head around an issue, the live chat has been a total lifesaver. I would totally recommend Ticket Tailor as an alternative to those maybe more well known but much pricier competitors!

Negative: The way they have their pricing structure makes it cheaper than competitors but the drawback is that you have to purchase credits in bundles, and as someone running smaller events, i always have leftover credits. This hasn't been a problem yet as I've been able to move them to the next event but it's a little irritating.

Summary: I've been using them for over a dozen shows and everything has been smooth. Their on line support is amazing.

Positive: Prices were great. Setup with PayPal was seamless. Online support was excellent. Over a dozen monthly shows without a hitch. I'm glad I found you.

Negative: Their requested picture size of 2400×650 is unusual.

Summary: Very good, a great user friendly interface with truly excellent (so far!) customer service. Please don't change this Ticket Tailor! So many companies as they grow start to forget about customer service, and I always go with the companies who still keep providing this even as they grow!

Positive: Really good interface, very user friendly and easy to create event pages. It is also very good value for money, I was using Eventbrite and the contrast is striking in that regard! Ticket Tailor is so much cheaper.

Negative: I think it would be better if the payments were integrated so people don't have to negotiate Stripe.

Summary: Once the event is published, I do nothing! Ticket Tailor gives me all the information I need. Very easy to track and monitor the results.

Positive: Easy to use, less expensive than other Eventbrite. Our yacht club began using Ticket Tailor last year when Covid restrictions forced us to limit the numbers attending events. Ticket Tailor does this beautifully and we can have different tickets for different entrees or members at one price and non-members another.

Negative: Sometimes I have trouble editing the program. I send out the sample and other members want changes. It's not easy for me. I have tried to add other members to help. That hasn't happened.
