    Summary: If I had to describe them in short, I'd say No Fuss, Straightforward, Easy to use.

    Positive: I found TT on my quest for a more transparent, ethical solution to selling tickets in other words I was done with being ripped off, OR ripping off my customers with extra fees on top of the ticket price.

    Uploading and most important, updating my events whilst they were live was super straight forward. The ticket options are very easy to create, from donation based to sliding scale which for me is very important to be able to offer.

    Connecting with customer service was really easy and they responded very fast.

    Super LOVE the ability to send broad casts to my buyers, this was a feature I was not expecting but I have used several times.

    Navigating the events, the dashboard is really easy, more so then another big ticket seller I have used in the past.

    Negative: Thus far no cons, and so will continue using their services.

    Summary: I have really enjoyed using Ticket Tailor and will continue to use it for my online ticket needs. Any event needs, really. I highly recommend this for any ticketed events!

    Positive: I love Ticket Tailor (TT) for the ease of use. The dashboard is easy to follow and the fees are significantly lower than others as it is based on per ticket, not a % of the ticket. Customer service is helpful and quick!

    Negative: PayPal doesn't integrate fully - or I had issues but I moved away from PayPal and use Stripe and haven't looked back!

    Summary: I did a ton of research before switching to TicketTailor and will recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new system!

    Positive: TicketTailor has a user friendly and beautiful interface. The features are fantastic and intuitive to learn/take advantage of on their platform. Also, there seems to be a growing list of features with new things being released. We use this program for both theatre education registration (classes, camps, shows) and performances at our arts center. The customer service is excellent and the response time is great. It's easy to track purchases and export door lists. You can customize the look/feel of your page and customer questions for the check-out process. We find the fee system to be fair and the prices are better than some competitors. It's great that you can buy credits in advance and save money that way.

    Negative: I do not have any complaints. I thought that I would want to have phone support, but the chat support has been perfect for all of my needs. Also, I was able to speak with someone by phone while researching.

    Summary: After extensive research, I chose Ticket Tailor over the ever popular EventBrite. Although I wish there were more high-res design options, the interface is extremely easy to use. The best part is Ticket Tailor cuts themselves out as the middle-man and all revenue proceeds are sent to you immediately. This is very useful when paying for event-related expenses. It's also user-friendly for customers.

    Summary: I'm very happy using Ticket Tailor to sell tickets to my yoga classes and events. Customers seem to have no problem navigating the site and purchasing tickets, whereas I previously tried other programs (the booking software I use for massage business) that resulted in a lot of trouble-shooting and emails about errors.
