Positive: Ticket Tailor is super easy to use and affordable. Since our company has a remote box office, we use it to check off attendees and help people make at-the-door purchases.

Negative: So far we haven't had any trouble with Ticket Tailor and the few components we use of it.

Summary: Very inexpensive, easy to use, great customer service and allows me to keep track of everything. Payments made easy.

Negative: I like everything. There is nothing I would call a con.

Summary: Intuitive, easy to use, cost effective and does what you need it to. I Highly recommend this for most if not all users.

Positive: The layout is intuitive but where needed the help guides are straightforward. All issues I've had were easily and quickly solvable.
Good value for money.

Negative: Perhaps not as many features on the lower-payment options as some other sites, but perfectly adequate for most users imo.

Summary: If I had to describe them in short, I'd say No Fuss, Straightforward, Easy to use.

Positive: I found TT on my quest for a more transparent, ethical solution to selling tickets in other words I was done with being ripped off, OR ripping off my customers with extra fees on top of the ticket price.

Uploading and most important, updating my events whilst they were live was super straight forward. The ticket options are very easy to create, from donation based to sliding scale which for me is very important to be able to offer.

Connecting with customer service was really easy and they responded very fast.

Super LOVE the ability to send broad casts to my buyers, this was a feature I was not expecting but I have used several times.

Navigating the events, the dashboard is really easy, more so then another big ticket seller I have used in the past.

Negative: Thus far no cons, and so will continue using their services.

Summary: Ticket Tailor is great and is our go to ticketing app for selling tickets to our events and workshops.

Positive: Ticket Tailor is really easy to use, and integrates well with our website. Pricing is reasonable and flexible. It has a waitlist function, and is easy to make refunds when needed. We've found it invaluable.

Negative: There's nothing about Ticket Tailor that we don't like.

Summary: I have really enjoyed using Ticket Tailor and will continue to use it for my online ticket needs. Any event needs, really. I highly recommend this for any ticketed events!

Positive: I love Ticket Tailor (TT) for the ease of use. The dashboard is easy to follow and the fees are significantly lower than others as it is based on per ticket, not a % of the ticket. Customer service is helpful and quick!

Negative: PayPal doesn't integrate fully - or I had issues but I moved away from PayPal and use Stripe and haven't looked back!

Summary: Incredible experience! It is simply the best at setting up events, tracking the clients and being totally organized!

Positive: Ticket Tailor has been an absolute godsend in having an easy way for people to sign up for my paint night events! The live updates to my email when someone signs up keeps me well-informed and organized. The website is incredibly easy to navigate and create new events! HIGHLY recommend!

Negative: At this time, I have not run into any negative issues with Ticket Tailor.

Summary: Would highly recommend.

Positive: TicketTailor has a user friendly and beautiful interface. The features are fantastic and intuitive to learn/take advantage of on their platform. Also, there seems to be a growing list of features with new things being released. We use this program for both theatre education registration (classes, camps, shows) and performances at our arts center. The customer service is excellent and the response time is great. It's easy to track purchases and export door lists. You can customize the look/feel of your page and customer questions for the check-out process. We find the fee system to be fair and the prices are better than some competitors. It's great that you can buy credits in advance and save money that way.

Negative: I do not have any complaints. I thought that I would want to have phone support, but the chat support has been perfect for all of my needs. Also, I was able to speak with someone by phone while researching.

Summary: This is absolutely the best ticketing solution that I have ever used, hands down. It's intuitive, user friendly, and they offer great support. I highly recommend Ticket Tailor to everyone that I can.

Positive: I have worked with a lot of different ticketing solutions, and Ticket Tailor is by far the best that I have ever used. The back end is just very intuitive and user-friendly, and they have stellar customer support.

Negative: I don't actually know how I would make the software better than what they have created. I've had no negative experiences whatsoever, so it's hard to come up with Cons.

Summary: After extensive research, I chose Ticket Tailor over the ever popular EventBrite. Although I wish there were more high-res design options, the interface is extremely easy to use. The best part is Ticket Tailor cuts themselves out as the middle-man and all revenue proceeds are sent to you immediately. This is very useful when paying for event-related expenses. It's also user-friendly for customers.

Positive: User friendly.

Negative: Wish there were more design options that are high-resolution.

Summary: I was particularly impressed Ticket Tailor does not charge me when I don't charge others, when I offer free admissions. I think that says a lot about the company and the people who work for it. We offer a lot of free admissions and I so appreciate this benefit.

Positive: There are a lot of headaches starting a new business. Ticket Tailor makes it easy. Who wants additional headaches?

Negative: There is nothing not to like. I compared a lot of options and no other platform came close to Ticket Tailor.

Summary: I'm very happy using Ticket Tailor to sell tickets to my yoga classes and events. Customers seem to have no problem navigating the site and purchasing tickets, whereas I previously tried other programs (the booking software I use for massage business) that resulted in a lot of trouble-shooting and emails about errors. I'm very happy with my experience with Ticket Tailor!

Positive: I love the options and versatility I get through Ticket Tailor, and I especially love the affordable pricing compared to other similar products.

Negative: No complaints. Ticket Tailor has been user-friendly and seems to only be getting better.

Summary: I have enjoyed using this for all of my events. The integration with Stripe is also very helpful. I like that I can customize the look of my box office.

Negative: -I don't like that you can't override the quantity of tickets. You have to "reduce" or "increase" by so many.

Summary: Used for a few years now , great value! I highly recommend to anybody looking to get a set up rocking.

Positive: Simplicity, ease of use, pricing. Day of event it has always performed well. So many companies forget that simple is better.

Negative: Link pages look a little dry and might look fake to people buying tickets. More options to customize the purchase page would be great.
