Summary: This is our 4th year (?) with them. We bailed out of BrownPaperTickets and did a lot of research to find ThunderTix. Glad we did.
Positive: It works. And most important, their customer support is excellent.
Negative: We have to follow up with some users who seem to have problems navigating the site, but it's usually their fault.

Summary: We are enjoying the program and will continue to use. When there is an update it can sometimes be confusing to navigate, but support usually helps guide us well.
Positive: I love how simple it is to use the Thundertix program. I also have great help with support, for the most part they answer you very promptly. When we did have an issue with Thundertix sending out mass emails to our clients, they reimbursed us no questions asked. The program offers many options for us update classes, and events. We have used them for over 8 years now and will continue.
Negative: Sometimes it's hard to get a response form support depending on the time of day if there is an issue.

Summary: overall I have had a great experience using ThunderTix and would highly recommend to anyone in the entertainment business.
Positive: I love the ease of use and the user friendly design. Viewing the seating charts for my job is really easy and very understandable.

Summary: We were on the verge of having no ticketing solution at all as a result of vendor acquisition. We went shopping and at the time, ThunderTix had recently refactored a reasonable prior version. They gave us access to people and technology insights that convinced us they would be a good partner to go forward with. We were up in days. Not one minute of regret. Not one.
Positive: System setup and maintenance is trivially easy. Feature growth has been intentional and precise. Day to day function has been solid as a rock. Uptime is exceptional. Good features. Good growth.
Negative: I sound like I'm one of the architect/developer's Mom when I talk about the product and company. I would have a hard time taking this positive a review seriously. I'm nobody's Mom.

I have a few small features I want added and they don't show up immediately that minute, but development is reasonable and solid.
There is the occasional "why did this happen/change/move?" but in no way worse or even near as bad as any product I have ever used anywhere. -

Summary: ThunderTix meets all our needs. We use it for ticketing, season ticketing, memberships, and donations.
Positive: ThunderTix is easy to use. Patrons can buy their tickets at home. The Flexpass ticketing scheme matches what we did long before taking ticket sales on line, so our audience adjusted to online ticketing quickly.
Negative: I don't like the gray typeface. I can't see it. It is just like the typeface on this screen. It is hard to see.

Summary: We've been using Thundertix for a decade and it is the perfect solution for us providing a wide range of flexibility for our performing arts events occurring across multiple theatres and locations. But what stands out more than anything is the customer service. Thundertix is responsive when there's an issue and fix it quickly. They are also always looking to their customers for ways to improve and new features to add with a feature request forum built right into the system. Many of the features we've recommended have been developed and have made the software even more effective for us as a customer.

Summary: I cannot imagine running my festival without ThunderTix. It's easy. Tracking ticket sales over the years is huge for patrons. My ability to do exchanges and upgrades and refunds fast is crucial as well. I rely heavily on ThunderTix. I appreciate how easy and reliable it is.
Positive: I've been using ThunderTix for a few years, it checks all the boxes for selling, upgrades, exchanges. It's an integral part of my festival, I couldn't do what I di without it.
Negative: I have found no cons. If there are cons it lies within my lack of ability to use it to its full potential.

Summary: We've been using ThunderTix for about 10 years now and have never considered changing to a different platform. The customer service is exceptional, and the system itself is easy to use both from an administrative standpoint and from that of our users. New features are added regularly on the advice of those of us using it, and there's a personal touch provided that is rare in products like that.
Positive: Easy to set up and maintain. Prompt customer service by real people who obviously know the system well. Easy user experience.
Negative: It's not possible to change the names of coupons (instead having to make new ones), making it unwieldy to have a bunch of coupon names that are basically the same discounts.

Summary: I used ThunderTix for a huge Off-Broadway show, and we had no problems. Ticket exchanges are easy. Refunds if necessary are easy. Revenue flows into your Bank account once you get setup and start selling and you don't have to wait forever. Their service is so good. Easy to embed in your site and more. And more importantly, they are really nice and kind people who run the business and who do the customer service. it is soooooo great.
Positive: First off, the customer service is amazing! The ease of use to create a ticket event is also simple to do, and if you have any questions, there are videos, and if you are still stuck, there is there the Awesome, Amazing customer service.
Negative: Would like it to be easier to change the color of buttons, but that's it.

Summary: We came to ThunderTix from another ticketing company and couldn't be more satisfied and truly happy with the move. The ease of use and customer service if there ever is an issue is 10 out of 10. Personalization both of appearance of events is a huge plus. The amenities available for each event are extremely helpful. As simple as a General Admission community performance, to multi-tiered pricing national touring show, with the ability to do product add ons! We cannot recommend this company enough!
Positive: Clear and easy to use platform both as an administrator and patron.
Friendly and prompt customer service.
No contracts.
Low costs.Negative: None that come to mind. The box is making me come up with something so- ability to create our own custom seating maps without having to go through their service center.

Summary: Great system will be doing some more training to find all features, again easy to maneuver love the back button for you to trace your steps.
Positive: This is the first time I used it upon hovering over all the icons you can figure things out. Very easy to follow and process.
Negative: No cons, I see nothing negative, maybe after working with it for a while. But nothing I can see.
