Summary: I've used Textmagic for years in my role as a Motor Vehicle Sales Manager and it is simply the best way to contact new and existing customers. So many people will not answer a call if they do not recognise a number but everyone reads a text.
Communicating this way also means there is a record of what was said so there is no doubt later on.

Positive: It's simple to use a reasonably inexpensive.
I like the layout, notifications and reporting.
It lets me know both by sound on my PC and an email when a customer has responded to a text I've sent.

Negative: There is nothing about TM that I do not like.
I wouldn't use any other platform.

Negative: I don't think any text messaging company can provide this but it would be nice to know the actual, factual reason messages are not received by the recipient instead of a general "blanket" reason.

Positive: I like that it allows me to add multiple lists and include existing contacts without having to input the contacts over and over again.

Negative: I would say a good thing to do is give the options to add the contact to different lists without having to go to each one individually.

Summary: Great software does what it says on the tin & no more.

Positive: It has worked with ease from day 1. No wrestling with crap instructions or poor interface or bombarded with adverts and up sells. I use it twice a month and never had one issue with it. IMO it didn't need the face lift and I still use Classic view.

Negative: Nothing as it does everything I need with ease.

Summary: All good. We haven't needed to use the support was the system is so user friendly. We are very happy with Textmagic.

Positive: It's so easy to use for all of the team whether they are office based at a PC or out on appointments using the app. It does exactly what we need it to do - keeps everyone in the loop.

Negative: None that I can think of. We are very happy with Textmagic.

Positive: Textmagic gets us in contact with our clients faster than perhaps email. You can send a group of contacts the same message all at once.

Negative: The cons I recon is the direct debits being taken to top up the account when there is still a balance on the account.

Summary: Excellent. Love using the program. Web and App capabilities are good. Helps coordinate training and compliance requirements.

Positive: Personalised name message field works well and get the attention of the recipient. Adding document links is great. I use the scheduling feature extensively for sending timely reminders. It's good to see analytics e.g. how many messages were received, monthly reports etc. Great value for money.

Negative: Short character length before adds as another message. Low cost doesn't create a big issue. Can't find where to change the sender ID when sending messages from the App. Nothing else of note detracts from the program.

Summary: Amazing app. We use it in recruitment (telling candidates to check their email for interview details) as well as communicating with the staff on a regular basis. We have been able to record training notes and send the link to the relevant staff to watch and learn. During Covid it really helped us to keep in touch with our staff (150) who work at 5 different locations giving a consistent message and encouraging feedback.

Positive: Quickly communicate to all staff at the same time.

Payment set up so automatically adds credit.
Account information easy to find.
You can attach links to video messages.

Negative: Updating distribution lists from an Excel spreadsheet could be better explained but I work around it OK.

Summary: As above, this is quick, efficient and easy to use. We have 800+ members that are a part of our company and we use TextMagic to make contact with them all.

Positive: Easy to use, quick and efficient. You can send a text to multiple people at once which really saves time!

Negative: None - never had any issues with text magic or their services.

Summary: Such an easy platform to use and very intuitive. I'm not a heavy user and only use the platform once in a while but I highly recommend it.

Positive: The platform is simple to navigate. It's straightforward uploading cell numbers, creating and list and go!

Negative: Honestly, there is nothing I can say should be improved.
