Very easy to use and offering all features you'd wish for Date: Jan 03 2025
Summary: Having worked with some of the major, modern ATS's out there, TeamTailor is my absolute favorite for ease of use, intuitiveness, easy implementation and advanced automation features. This all comes at a relatively attractive pricing (all-in).
Positive: Very intuitive and user friendly and very easy to implement. Pricing is attractive compared to similar ATS's. No cap on no. of vacancies or users, all features included. Integrated video interviewing with AI generated transcript is a stand-out feature, as is the candidate workflow & message automation.
Negative: Not created having agencies in mind (no CRM and no support for multiple, separate organizations).

Summary: We are very happy with Teamtailor and the ease of use, fun interface and flexibility it offers to make this work for our unique needs.
Positive: We are a consulting company searching for talent to join us full time and/or as a contractor. For years we have been trying to build a "virtual bench" to track talent and tag it for easy searches when we receive a resource request. Teamtailor gives us so much flexibility in making the tool work for our unique needs, it has been amazing.
One of the best features is the resource request form which our project managers use on a regular basis to alert us of needs to find additional project team members.
Another highlight is the professional look and feel for candidates. We have received lots of great feedback on how easy it is to apply to one of our job postings.Negative: A couple of minor flaws:

1. You have to remember to save your changes. The system does not automatically save any updates you make and if you forget to hit save your comments or changes are lost.
2. If you accidentally move a candidate to the wrong job you cannot undo it but have to reject the candidate from that particular job which marks him/her as rejected, even if he/she is still active in other jobs. -

Video, filters, triggers (automatization)Negative: is not free :-) but I cannot find out other cons. I did contact his rep in Spain but they have presence in other countries (HQ in Sweden)
