Amazing time saving tool to get quality candidates! Date: Aug 06 2021
Summary: I would highly recommend RippleMatch to any organization that has a robust college hiring program.
Positive: RippleMatch is an amazing college recruiting platform. The ability to host Virtual Career Fairs and invite students across colleges or be very strategic and only invite certain majors is such a more effective way to hiring events.
The candidate autosource feature ensures you receive candidates that are a fit for the position you are hiring for which saves time because you are not having to filter through resumes of candidates that do not match the minimum requirements.
Lastly, the partnership and customer service from the RM team is amazing. Our Customer Service Manager, Joseph Rashid, has been very responsive and supportive and we look forward to our continued partnership.Negative: The only area we saw as an opportunity has already been solved. We wanted to be able to search by candidate name from the home page and they were able to deliver in this request very quickly.

Summary: My experience with RippleMatch has been more than Satisfactory. When onboarding to the platform, I wasn't sure what to expect. My account manager Katie Wallis has always been by my side, she has been helpful, informative and given me the inside scoop when needed. The partnership has proven to shown that RippleMatch generally cares about their partners and giving students the best chance possible. I cannot wait for Fall 2021 recruitment with RippleMatch.

Negative: Truly no cons- only thing is that I wish we could schedule all interviews through RM (similar to GH), so that it is a one stop shop.

Summary: What I like the most about working with Ripple is how supportive and understanding the RippleMatch account managers have been. Anytime our recruiting team has suggestions, requests, or any feedback, the account managers have been quick to respond and all ears for our team!
Positive: What I like the most about working with Ripple is being able to use one platform for a variety of needs including; CRM, sourcing candidates, event management tool and the match tool. Summary: Very positive, allows a small team to run an effective hiring process safe in the knowledge that the candidates will be of an excellent quality.
Positive: Easy to navigate site allows our team to quickly sort, and manage applicants through the process without needing extra systems/excel files etc. However the fundamental benefit of using RippleMatch is the quality of candidate.
Negative: Coverage could (will?) include experienced hires and the UK!
