Summary: Highly recommend product. It's super user friendly and very organized, along with excellent support, but it's a little expensive on a monthly basis.
Positive: Very user friendly, easy to train people to use, love how organized it is and how many different reports you can run. Also love all the different ways to customize it to fit your specific business needs. One of the best features is the 24/7 support and the ability to FaceTime for assistance at any time.
Negative: Doesn't do a great job at catching duplicate candidates. I need to do this manually often. Also, it is a bit pricey so I don't know if I will maintain this in the long run unless the pricing goes down.

Summary: Every single staff member loves Recruit CRM. I've used the big dogs in the CRM game and this is just a better product. They make weekly adjustments to the platform and they are very engaging.
Positive: Customer service is unreal. Shoutout to Sahil and Rutvik. The CRM is built for up to date tech and automation.
Negative: They need to fix their reporting and deals section but I know they are working on it. There are workarounds.

Summary: Overall experience is positive. They were very flexible in scheduling our meetings outside their business hours, and simply were easy to work with and get the job done.
Positive: Easy to work with and communicate. Strong effort to bring in members of our team and understand our needs. The platform itself is the best in the business.
Negative: Would have liked if the reps understood that we are not interested in certain components re functionality, so no need to visit those in the future.

Summary: I first came across it in a Facebook Recruitment Group, the individual I spoke with asked if I wanted to get on a call to discuss the product. I said yes and was pleasantly surprised. The people who work for the company make it all that much better for me to use the product and overall I have been able to fill a role with using it. My clients also likes to use it to review candidates as well. Overall, I would 100% recommend. Also seeing what's to come in the coming months really makes me happy because it keeps getting better and better!!!!
Positive: I like the fact they are updating it quite regularly and it keeps getting better and better. I also love the fact the owner and other people in the office have personally spoken to me about the product and the new functions coming out. It's great because I to am a new business owner, and it's great to use a product with like-minded people!
Negative: Least like would be that there are possibly 2 ways to do one task, which makes it hard for me to recall how to do something. At the end of the day, I have realized its because there are normally more than one routes to take to an end destination! It is not a deterrent in my day-to-day use of it.

Positive: Using in ERP software in recruiting is something I've been doing since 2001. I only buy from businesses who have strong tech support. Sahil, Avipsa, Damini who i deal with regularly are superb. The time saved when you have responsive tech support with fast, pragmatic easy to understand is invaluable. The software is very intuitive also. I use the hotlists a lot. very easy to import CSVs and it has a mobile app that is user friendly.
Negative: Actually am happy with everything. They even let me on Beta tests sometimes if I ask.

Summary: My overall experience has been good with the software. The initial integration was harder than we expected, more from a data integrity standpoint. However, the onboarding and training was very good and our level of support has made up for any issues that have arisen. Happy to have made the switch!

Positive: Very helpful, and explained things well, Overall, a pleasant encounter. The use of everyday language instead of technical language is a refreshing change.
