Summary: Support is a 5 out of 5. One of the top support groups I have worked with lately. Even though most of the questions I have are in multiple parts, the Support Team does not get frustrated answering multiple questions.

Positive: Whenever I have a question about TSPlus, support is always there to help and in a very timely manner. I also like that they follow-up to make sure everything is good.

Negative: My knowledge of the software is the only negative.

Summary: The alternative is to use native Microsoft Remote Desktop. This is possible, but not nearly as seamless as using TSPlus. Features such as their Universal Printer which simplifies printing as compared to MS EasyPrint, and TSPlus Advanced Security to reduce internet based attacks, as well as their application publishing and client management systems make managing servers much easier.

Positive: We have a Windows application that we license via a SAAS model. We use TSPlus Remote Access to allow customers to access our Windows application using a web browser, instead of needing to install our application locally. Clients can access the application via Windows machine, Mac, iPad, or any device with a modern web browser. This makes selling our application via a SAAS model possible.

Negative: In the past, support was only available via a ticket system, and since the company is based in France, response times were sometimes lengthy due to time zone differences. More recently, support seems offered from a US based office so response times have improved.

Summary: TSPlus has been a great product to provide cloud services and host any ERP application on the internet.
In Stack, it has provided us with great value to provide services to our customers.

Negative: No as of now.
Does not support old versions and some time don't work on windows 10. Other then this is great product.

Summary: Simply the best alternative to MS RDS or Citrix there is on the market.
It's very lightweight, easy to configure, and very fast.

Positive: Administration is super easy to set up even for a novice user.
Fully brandable web portal (in the Web version) also that can be lightweight for either full desktop or published apps over HTTPS or normal MS RDP client.

Negative: SSLs are a little tricky to set up. Support has indicated this is to be improved in their product roadmap which is really encouraging.

Summary: Excellent support service. I can easily configure the firewall of the TSPlus Advanced Security Ultimate to tighten the security. I use the TSPlus Remote Access and Advanced Security Ultimate on AWS EC2. I love the universal printer feature because it is always a pain to configure the printer on AWS EC2. The document to be printed is converted to PDF file and can be printed to any printer connected to the local computer; it makes printer configuration on AWS EC2 so much easier.

Positive: I have always love their prompt reply from the support. Although we are in different time zone, I can be sure they'll reply my request within a few hours. Because my request was on license activation issue, so it is important it can be resolve asap.

Negative: I hope the management of licenses can be improved and easy. I am often confused once I login to the licensing dashboard because I purchased licenses for my different clients.

Summary: I have been using this product for 5 years and i also provide this solution to our customers and they are quite happy to use TSplus for remote access and printing.

Positive: I have been using this product for 5 years. This is the best solution for remote access and printing with security features. Easily you can host your Windows application and work like web or cloud.

Negative: Nothing to dislike in this product. Company upgrades this product timely and as per requirements.

Summary: Excellent! Easy installation and configuration, error free operation.

Positive: We have installed it on more than 30 of our clients! Support is excellent as well, we have only used it for licensing reallocation issues.

Negative: Prices went up recently.

Summary: Using it for now 6 years and up to 30+ users, it's a very good product with an easy way to administrate it.

Positive: Easy to use for both users and administrators.
Cost effective and efficient.
Fast answer from support team in case of question, problem.

Negative: Few graphic issues when the French text is too long in admin tool and do not fully display (like update information)

Summary: Great support from a very innovative company. I like the fact that it's possible to licence from small (3 users) to enterprise clients.

Positive: Once installed a seamless product that allows user access via HTML5 or RDP.

The TS Plus advanced security is great for restricting access to unwelcome "guests"

Negative: I look after multiple TS Plus server/clients so it'd be good to get email notifications when there is an update.

Summary: The software just works and does everything I want on a mix of AWS and in-house servers. It has been a long business relationship between my company and TSPlus and over time I have built good working relationships with them. A key factor for me is that the staff I am dealing with now are the same ones I started with over 10 years ago which is comforting and to me indicates a stable company that will be around as long as I am.

Positive: I have been using TSPlus for many years on AWS EC2 Windows Server instances that I use to host business software for my clients and on their in-house servers.
I find it very cost effective, easy to use and I am comfortable that the security package protects the servers from intrusions.
I have been writing business software for over thirty years, but I don't have a lot of expertise in MS Windows Server OS. TSPlus provides all the tools I need to manage the servers in a very easy to use interface.
The remote client and client menu process works well and remote printing from the server back to the client always work reliably.

Negative: There are no downsides to using TSPlus.

Summary: Stability, ergonomy, excellent support, far less expensive than other solutions, very easy implementation.

Negative: The remote client is detected as spyware by Spyhunter.

Summary: I've created 2 support tickets and both were resolved quickly and I'm very pleased with the experience. Our clients are also very happy with the TSPlus Remote Access software that they can run our App from any browser and on multiple devices. I also find the administration and use of the TSPlus tools simple and very easy to learn. Most of the tasks needed to administer remote access to our App, are in one place.

Positive: Creating a support ticket is very easy and the response from the team is very fast.

Negative: The popup window that displays the message 'protected by reCAPTCHA' is very annoying. Sometimes is doesn't work on certain browsers.

Summary: Previously I was using Microsoft Remote Desktop and this product saves a lot of time and configuration.

Positive: Everything. Easy to setup, up and running in no time. No need to configure policies. Virtual Printer is the best thing to save a lot of printer driver installations on server.

Negative: Many settings are also applied to Administrator. Like Session timing restriction.

Summary: Great product, I would recommend it to everyone who is searching for a cost effective RDP environment.

Positive: Everything the product offers, especially the pricing. A Windows Desktop environment is also easier to maintain because most software is written for desktop and not for the server edition of Windows.

Negative: We could not get the build-in load balancer get to work with our Linux RDP software.

Summary: Good support and quick solution.
It helps us to use a single software or licence in multiple locations.

Positive: My issue got resolved within 3 working days and a quick response from the support team.

Negative: Remove Old version Order placing option from the partner portal, due to this we are facing lot of issues.
