    Summary: We are using TSplus for few of our customers and they are all happy for what is it, the security and 2FA integrated is a good bonus.

    Positive: Mike a Juan helped us to understand and give us the step by step for our migration, everything works like a charmed.

    Negative: To be honest, TSPlus is a very good product for SMB and have some streamed HTLM5 application.
    The only limitation is when you try to copy/paste document between different device but there is a workaround.

    Summary: We have been using TSPlus for our business, and setting it up for our customers since 2010, and we and our customers are very happy with it. The price/performance ration is very good and the software works very well. It is a very good alternative to the simple approach via direct RDP on a workstation, and to the more expensive solutions.

    Positive: Works smoothly, easy installation, users are happy with the functionality, we especially like the Application Panel that keeps the user off the Windows desktop.

    Summary: Am more than happy to keep using TSplus, 2024 marks 8th year using it TSplus. Great user interface and user friendly. With great CYBER SECURITY features in the newer version.

    Positive: the fact that .exe got resolved with the .connect file extension. It used to be a struggle with Windows defender run the the remote exe file. This made #.connect

    Summary: TSPlus support is also excellent. We ran this for years on a windows 7 PC and then had to update to windows 11 and there was not issue providing test license and support for the transition.

    Positive: Products works perfectly even on a VM with limited CPU and RAM with 10 clients. There has never been an issue with license expiring. We have used this product to share our accounts package with Mac machines for more than 6 years.

    Negative: There are no cons, product works as expected and support has always been spot on.

    The price is also very reasonable for the functionality provided.

    Positive: Multitude of connection options.
    PC via connect file, Mac and htm5.
    Printing via the universal printer or if PC clients also a virtual printer option.
    Ability to tailor the remote desktop to limit applications and folder access.
    Great responsive support, they actually fix the issue when you report it.

    Negative: We use terminal works to provide remote scan and for EPOS slip printers.
    They will probably cover that as well one day.

    Summary: It's a great tool to work with, it's helped us do lots of things with just one installation and get the application working.
    One small drawback, when you go from more than 25 people connected to the server it starts to get a bit long, but I think there's already a solution with FARM that I haven't tried yet.
    Another thing about the client's RDP connection: it takes a bit longer, I don't know why, but sometimes it works fine.

    Positive: TSPlus is a good software, it has replaced the Citrix with which we had a lot of problems before.
    I like it.

    Negative: there's a lot to like about this application, especially the Advanced Security.
    I also use it as a way to connect in security without using VPN on my company.

    Brilliant product for enabling desktop applications to become SaaS

    Summary: It's the best product on the market for taking regular Windows desktop applications and making them available over the internet on any device that can run a standard web browser.

    Summary: 5 star service and operation, Been using now for nearly 2 years and no issues other than printing which is the printer not the remote access. Allows applications to be used everywhere, so even during difficult times the users have access to information they need. Have used Citrix in the past and whilst it has more features is very costly by comparison with very little benefits for the general user.

    Positive: Ease of Install, Ease of Configuration.
    Good Helpdesk Support.
    Allows our users the freedom to work anywhere with the security our management require.
    Easy deployment for new users and temporary users with restricted access rights.

    Negative: Within the scope of use we have no issues. Would be nice if TSPlus could replicate the Citrix application Show Applications on Desktop.

    Positive: Customer support is really good and responds quickly. The software works well once you have understood the setup and you do not have to be a technical Wiz to get it up and running.

    Summary: The experience is really good, the performance of the product meet our expectations. RDP connector and HTML works great!

    Positive: The product is great easy to use, and with many options to secure the connections.
    Very stable solution. The html connection option is also great for different platforms. The customer can connect from any browser.
    Also you can convert a single PC in a small server.

    Negative: The size of the interface is fix. So if you have screens with a better resolution you can not take advantage of it.
    Also if we can setup the inactivity of the session for some users instead of on parameter for all the session will be great.
