Summary: Great with execution and running, bad with upgrade. Also "Prevented Threats Not Enabled" on the Simple interface is a mystery though I haven't put in a ticket yet. It pretty much looks like everything is working but the error is perplexing. We just keep it on the advanced interface.

Positive: The product is excellent, we've used RDS Knight for a couple of years and expect the same sizes from this product.

Negative: The install of TSPlus apparently requires prior products to be uninstalled but the installer does not detect this very fundamental condition, and instead reports a very cryptic error. We wasted hours of time troubleshooting what ended up being a facepalm. Also (though I may have missed it) I saw no indication in any instruction about uninstalling prior products. I'm still surprised by this.

Summary: Overall, this is a fairly new app, and it appears to be working on development. Let's hope it improves over time. Its price is the biggest advantage.

Positive: The main advantage is the price. It has a friendly interface. It works on many languages. I haven't tried automatic updates yet, but if it works as it says, that's great.

Negative: It is not too fluent in the remote connection. Other solutions I have seen more fluently. The user could modify his password in unattended setups; this is not desirable in managed environments. I have experienced some crashes and closing of the application spontaneously. It would be nice to have an export file of the list of configured computers, as a security measure. It should also have more configuration options and an app-as-a-service icon.

Summary: It was good experience and the best was customer service; the adviser helped us to solve the problems, the communication was by email and responses were relatively quick. Thanks a lot TSplus Team.

Positive: This software allows Remote Access with easy characteristics to use.
We are using this system 2+ years and this software is working very well.

Negative: There is not enough information about how to get support with a purchased license.
We are in Colombia, sometimes we can not find info about software in Spanish.

Summary: Price is very reasonable.
The program permits to build a farm from scratch without having a deeper technical knowledge and without recurring to a complex infrastructure as whose required by Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.

Positive: A tool to build easily a server farm.
You can give html5/rdp access to internal server farm to your users without a heavy infrastructure.
In few hours you can build the infrastructure to publish your servers through a gateway exposed on wan through http/https with ssl certificate autorenew.
You can configure the gateway to redirect users using load balanced distribution or letting them to choose the server to connect to.
External connections can be filtered also by incoming geographic ip.
Technical assistance responds on average in the next business day.

Negative: Some aspects can be improved:
- The documentation would have space to be enriched and added some technical information that is found in other parts of the website.
- Some parts of the graphical interface of the program could be improved.
- The product uses the native Microsoft RDP protocol, so it is bound by the same performance.
