Summary: Overall it is a very good value for money product, you can't ask for more, they are constantly updating the product to keep improving it with what the companies demand.
Positive: The technical support is very good and has always solved my problems in an acceptable period of time.
Negative: What I find worst is the waiting time, i.e. from the time I send an email until I receive a reply.

Summary: It's good experience and i suggest for using it because normal price. you can to use any application needs form your server or pc and share with others.
Positive: It's simple and speed. You can publish app and use it anywhere.with any OS and Device. I use with mobile for control server and finance application.
Its safe and security control is good.
i checked with vpn connection for trust security.Negative: It hasn't backup for configuration and updating.

Summary: Great team they have and are very polite with great after care! Mike and Juan are very polite and great at adapting the product to suite our needs.
Positive: Loved that they got straight to the root cause and resolved the issue not patched it. They always do a good job permanently fixing an issue and letting me know preventive maintenance to prevent reoccurrence.
Negative: A little delay to get to support seems they were flooded with issues at the time.

Summary: Very satisfied, we can use our machine with several people without needing a Windows server license with cal and rdp licenses.
Positive: Very good product that works really well, I had to deal with Support recently for a license problem that I could no longer recover, very good contact and responsiveness. I recommend the product.
Negative: So far, everything's working fine, so I have nothing to redirect.

Summary: I have not found a better priced product with the set of desired features and support.
Support was supper forthcoming and fast to response.Positive: Originally we both it for remote desktop, but soon switched to Remote Apps, to have seamless apps and the Application portal html5 interface for home use.
Another great thing is support. I had an issue and i was exchanging emails with support daily. I have received fast responses, got a patch before the next release and got deeper explanation in configuration.
So i was able to tailor it specifically to what i needed.Negative: I have not found anything that was not solvable so far.

Summary: We are using TSplus for few of our customers and they are all happy for what is it, the security and 2FA integrated is a good bonus.
Positive: Mike a Juan helped us to understand and give us the step by step for our migration, everything works like a charmed.
Negative: To be honest, TSPlus is a very good product for SMB and have some streamed HTLM5 application.

Summary: We have been using TSPlus for our business, and setting it up for our customers since 2010, and we and our customers are very happy with it. The price/performance ration is very good and the software works very well. It is a very good alternative to the simple approach via direct RDP on a workstation, and to the more expensive solutions.
Positive: Works smoothly, easy installation, users are happy with the functionality, we especially like the Application Panel that keeps the user off the Windows desktop.
Negative: So far, there is nothing to complain about.

Summary: Can save lots of money when compared to TeamViewer. Works well along side the TSplus software to allow support to help.
Positive: Very easy to use and feature rich software.
Negative: None that i know of I only experienced some lag but that was likely due to the internet connection.

Positive: Product is great and at a fraction of the price. Support is fast and very knowledgeable. They are constantly adding new features and improving what they have to offer.
Negative: There is a lot of documentation, but it can be a bit difficult to find what you are looking for at times.
