Seraph is an IT support management system originally created for IT support companies. It allows them to track and manage their support cases for both retail shops and business clients. It is fully web-enabled and uses the most recent programming languages and techniques. It is packaged as a VirtualBox image, so it can be installed and up and running quickly. This modular system can be used for any support business. In addition to the core modules, it can be adapted and expanded with additional modules from its open source libraries. Seraph can be hosted on your own servers or we can host it on our cloud servers. We handle maintenance and backups so you can focus on your business.
