Summary: Rent manager is a great program. So many options for accessing the program - desktop, web browser, and app. Keeps a lot of information all in one program to keep great records.

Positive: So many great features all in one software. Tenant files, maintenance requests, accounting, asset tracking, and so much more. There are so many integrations and they are always adding more. The tenant portal is so easy to understand and the rmresident app is fantastic.

Negative: I don't like that sometimes the webpage times out and data is lost when it refreshes.

Summary: I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I have received from Lakisha & the team. The training is thorough, well-structured, & tailored to ensure a clear understanding of the system. She is knowledgeable, patient, & responsive, making even complex processes easy to grasp. Professionalism & dedication greatly enhanced my experience, & I feel confident using Rent Manager as a result. I truly value the level of support provided and highly recommend their training services.

Negative: Cons?...I would have to say would be the time difference.

Summary: It's a lot better than Yardi. I feel like I can find anything I'm looking for without hunting it down for dozens of minutes

Positive: Everything is easy to find, and is exactly where I expect it to be. Customer service is always helpful, and always helps me if I need it.

Negative: I wish there were a few more features, like a fee free option for residents to pay.

Summary: When I have had concerns of doing something I am not sure of 1 call to tech support and BOOM they walk me thru it in simple terms. They are fantastic
I have been a user from the old double disk days and boy have they grown

Positive: There is no feature in this program I dislike every step is so user friendly and the have a great tech support staff if you run into a snafu

Negative: I honestly cannot find anything I dislike about the Rent Manager

Summary: As a new user, figuring out how to operate Rent Manager was made easy with the help of the implementation process and the workers.

Positive: Rent Manager allows user to easily set up properties, units, and administrative accounts. There is also always the option to ask for help if there is any confusion on how to operate.

Negative: I would not say that there are any cons to using or trying our Rent Manager.

Summary: great software program. i have been in Property Management for over 30 years and I have worked with Appfolio, Yardi and this one is by far the best as long as the management company allows you access to all features according to your title.

Positive: It it windows based so you can work from home and it is so easy to navigate and if you make a mistake easy to correct and help is always a phone call away.

Negative: none that I can think of because help is always available

Summary: I've found the program easy to use, and there are plenty of places that you can access areas of information for using this program.

Positive: This program has absolutely made office life easier and with less stress than doing what our company had been doing. Everything is easy to locate and use.

Negative: At this point in time by using the program I haven't had anything bad that constitutes any cons yet with the program.

Summary: What I like the most about Rent Manager is how user friendly it is. Plus, the support team is always willing to help and offer assistance whenever needed.

Summary: I've used other property software before and find that Rent Manager is the easiest to navigate. I like how easy it is to set up and for staff to use.

Positive: Rent Manager has easy navigation, great customer service, customizable, always improving, easy integrations.

Negative: Can lag sometimes when processing large amounts of data

Summary: Overall, I really love Rent Manager. It’s customer friendly. I always learn more than what I’ve called for when I call.

Positive: They have great customer service when you call in. They always find the answer each time and connect you with the right people.

Negative: I wish they had a written manual. It’s sometimes hard to know what to search to find what you’re looking for online.

Summary: Overall a great platform. We are able to do many different things with the program making everyday tasks more efficient.

Positive: Rent Manager has many integrations to help be more efficient. The support team is very knowledgeable.

Negative: RM Express is different than RM12 so has a learning curve.

Summary: The program is user friendly and the sales people and trainer were amazing. This product has everything we need to smoothly run our business.

Positive: Easy to use and has everything we need in one place. The training people are fantastic and patient.

Negative: It’s a great product. No complaints. Everything was easy to use and the training was great.

Summary: The initial training process was extremely easy. All my questions were thoroughly answered and investigated. Couldn't ask for a better trainer

Positive: My Rent Manager specialist was awesome. Her wealth of knowledge of rent manager was amazing. I would recommend her and rent manager to anyone.

Negative: Nothing... Love Rent Manager! Then a customer 15 plus years

Summary: I will use Rent Manager until I physically can't anymore. Rent Manager has been a go to for our company and it we have excelled in the rental world because of it.

Positive: I like the customer service, the user friendly capabilities, and how easy it is to learn the software.

Negative: Previously some of the uses were outdated but they continue to update the software and it is just getting better.

Summary: I'm definitely happy with Rent Manager I've used it for 5+ years so its my go to for property management.

Positive: It's easy to navigate and if you have questions, the support team is ALWAYS helpful. I've been in Property Management for going on 6 years and Rent Manager has always been my favorite system to use.

Negative: Sometimes it will log you on in the middle of something but that's pretty normal with technology.
