Pro- The Applicant tracking system is I think the best feature of Recooty. It helps to connect with the most suited applicants in no time! Minimizes workload, with efficiency. Anyone can use it, it is that simple and effective. Recooty has been offering so many features other than just being an ATS. From integration with a few of the major job boards which help in sourcing candidates, to building a talent pool, and even onboarding hired employees, Recooty has got us covered in every step. Thank you Recooty!
Con- Apart from a mobile app being missing, there are literally no drawbacks of using Recooty. It has been awesome.

Positive: Pro- I am using Recooty for posting job openings or vacancies. It is really helpful as we are now discoverable by a much wider range of people who could be our potential employees or customers. It’s simply an amazing Applicant Tracking System and recruiting software.

Negative: Con- No cons worth mentioning. But I thing they can improve on their technical support system.

Negative: An app should definitely be there I think. It would make handling the hiring process easier.

Negative: We would really love to have a smartphone app available so that every time we can access it whenever we need Recooty to the rescue!
