Summary: For the pros: Simple process. Easy to navigate. The features and designs could be more lively and personalized, but overall for the support and price, its a good service.
For the cons: Plain graphics. The ticketing platform is not customizable and tends to look very generic and coded. If there was a way to change colors, templates, themes, etc I believe it would be a much cooler experience.

Summary: It was very easy to set up, and I love using the app to manage the event and orders. We had a registrant who was unable to attend and it took me 30 seconds to refund them.

Positive: I was so happy to find PromoTix after Eventbrite unpublished and canceled our event without our knowledge due to the fact that we had CBD drinks available at the event. Not only did they cancel our event, but they locked me out of the entire platform which had all of our data from previous events.

Negative: Can’t say that there was anything I didn’t like about the platform or the app.

Summary: Overall I enjoy the PromoTix experience for its' ease of use, accessibility, and low fees. I don't love the look of it but at the end of the day I'm just trying to sell tickets. I will continue to use it for my events.

Positive: PromoTix is easy to use for both administrator and user. Easy to navigate and get your event up and running. I appreciate that it doesn't feel exclusionary like Flite for example, where you have to give your instagram profile and wait to be approved. The service fees are also very low for ticket buyers, vs the giants like Ticketmaster.

Negative: I wish there was more marketing opportunities for my events within the PromoTix platform. The design is also not the most aesthetic or cool looking, but it is functional.

Summary: Seems wonderful so far, waiting for something to go wrong! Love how quick and intuitive it appears to be.

Positive: Extremely intuitive and fast to set up. Kind of shockingly easy. And low ticket fees, and the ability to process all kinds of different payments.

Negative: Haven't found anything I don't like yet... Though I'd like to see more transparency on how fees are calculated.

Summary: Wonderful service also and real people on the other end. I had received an email from Will who asked if I needed further assistance right away after listing my events.

Positive: I signed up to promote my events on this website and it was super easy to do. Very user friendly easy to understand and no hidden fees.

Negative: Nothing! There is nothing bad to say! I haven't ran into any issues so far and don't expect to since it was so easy to understand

Positive: brilliant help, sold me so much tickets and advertised my event on homepage consistently, better than WotsOn.

Negative: i found /navigating the website to be challenging before i got the hang of it.

Summary: Such a great experience! I have had the best time using the ticketing Hub and will probably not use other alternatives in the future.

Positive: I like that it is friendly and easy to use. It is a great alternative to the restrictive EventBrite platform.

Summary: I experienced success throughout my process using PromoTix and I am able to control the PromoTix ticket sales option.

Positive: I really love PromoTix because it has helped me to save my time in selling tickets for concert to buyers.

Negative: I haven’t seen what I don’t like except there’s bug.

Summary: Two of were in training yesterday. I tweaked the event my partner built slightly today and then went on to largely rough out the event page for one of our largest events. Few UI interfaces are that straight forward and easy

Positive: The flow and form is good and the "Your forgot this field" prompts are especially helpful. The trainer was thorough and the step by step process easy to use.

Negative: Still exploring, but a little more event page design options might be nice, although I realize you need to balance this with being mobile friendly.

Summary: Great website, easy to use! Prompt service and no difficult extra steps. Would 100% recommend to everyone!

Summary: So far, so good. I may use it again! It could have more features to include combos of tickets for example, but I like how easy it is.

Positive: The app is easy to use; we have the option to scan the tickets, and we can connect to Stripe to receive it in our regular account.

Negative: Taxes are expensive, and seems to me that we are losing some money from the transaction from PromoTix to Stripe, and then to Stripe from our account.

Summary: I recommend to everybody if hosting an event or party !! Get your money upfront before the event !!!

Summary: Best overall experience and easy transition navigating the site. Some other ticketing companies give you the run around with there site and customer support but PromoTix is simply different its one of the top ten sites.

Positive: It's smooth and easy to navigate and purchase your tickets. All detailed show description is listed with show times and dates, ticket fees, who's all involved and a blurb from the producing companies or event hosts.

Negative: There isn't any with PromoTix! There is nothing negative about this site. Its overall best than others i used in the past.
