    Awesome Customer Support Tool for Engagement

    Summary: Our three months have been full of engagement with our website visitors and we’ve never thought that engaging them would be so easy. I would highly recommend people to get this tool onboard if you wish to see skyrocket website engagement.

    Positive: I really appreciate the ensemble in terms of features. Announcements and Greetings are our favorite as we get to engage with people more frequently. This combination isn’t visible in either of the tools in the market.

    Negative: It’s too fast to judge what we don’t like about this tool as we started using it 3 months back. Maybe another 3 months and I’ll get the right picture. But so far so good.
