    Summary: Powerful information, process and system management for IT Admin and Users. The low cost makes it not an excuse for any business of any size to not sign up. Easy to adopt among users. I'd suggest for any business that has trouble getting sales or any departments who are reluctant to use a CRM. Connect and go!!

    Positive: The value you get from organizing information management across any business. No matter how small or big your business is, this software is valuable. Easy to learn and get the information you need about your business.

    Negative: When IT get's too excited data inputs and reviewing can get too cluttered. Don't let IT alone design your system, bring in designers to help make it productive for all employees at any level that needs access.

    Easy Team Management Platform

    Summary: The Podio team manager is constantly improving its features and usability since I'm using it. The custom Reports feature is the best.
    Overall, Podio is an intuitive team management tool. The user experience design is best among any other team collaboration platform.

    Positive: The task setting flexibility is awesome. Remote teams now work together with group efforts.

    Nice UX, work organizer, easy to assign tasks, progress reports and streamline projects.

    Negative: It needs more collaboration options. Overall it's good.

    Impressive project management and tracking platform

    Summary: The platform has been the necessary support to develop our work with total transparency, it has become our favorite workplace to organize tasks and fulfill our correspondence responsibly and on time. It helped us, without a doubt, to create a line of communication and labor synchrony, responding to assignments by department and concretizing commercial projects in a much more solid way than we did before. It provides a totally open space for monitoring progress, through which we can maintain order and supervise each step we take towards the goal. Communication has improved thanks to its platform, it creates a much more collaborative work environment where the exchange of ideas and working together has led us to consolidate various strategies, all this within Podio, we like how comfortable it is to work in your platform.

    Positive: Podio has been the number one tool for managing our projects, it has a comfortable interface that is perfectly suited to our work team to monitor the progress made in each of our projects. Collaborative tools allow us to fulfill all the work clearly and responsibly, creating tasks and subtasks that allow us to be more specific with what we require. The calendar system allows us to plan ourselves at a work level in a broad way, planning the days that each event occurs and keeping an order for the fulfillment of all tasks. Likewise, an advantage of a platform will always be mobile access since it allows us to interact within the platform from our mobile phone from wherever we need it. Real-time chat creates an efficient line of communication, creating a collaborative and self-management space that allows us to stay active and in constant daily exchange. It provides ample storage space that we always count on to keep our important work documents to keep up with our ongoing workflow. The creation of the reports has been part of our work development, with this we can obtain an analytical summary of the progress in our projects, see everything that has gone well and what has not, in a more dynamic way and with a processing of much more concise data.

    Negative: The integrations are a bit limited; we work within a work system made up of different platforms that help us in various work procedures, many times we need to share our work reports and this limitation of integrations has not allowed us to expand this possibility. On the other hand, we have the perfect mobile application to give us access to the platform from wherever we are, however, its interface is a bit slow, and this is interfering with the flow of our work. In the same way, we have had to resort to customer support a couple of times and in none of these, I have been able to receive a quick response, I have had to solve it on my own to be able to continue with my work, the waiting time for a solution provided by customer support in my opinion can be too much for a company that cannot stop its work.
