Summary: Overall, they are making major improvements to the platform where it has lacked and I'm very happy with the value it provides.

Positive: The due date driven nature ensures our team is focused on getting work done for clients.
Having almost everything we need in one tool means we don't have to manage multiple platforms for things like time tracking or resource management.
The resource and workload planning tools are key to ensuring we have the resources to support tour clients.
There have been very few outages of the platform, which makes it reliable.

Negative: Reporting is improving but still limited.
Customer support can be inconsistent in resolving issues.
It can be cumbersome for end-users.

Summary: My agency relies on Teamwork to hit our margin goals.

We run a tight ship and the time tracking and tasking capabilities are our secret weapon. We make ample use of templates and collaborate with our clients directly in the platform. This reduces a massive amount of time waste.

Efficiency and visibility are stacked into the platform from end to end. My most recent agency was designed from inception to operate based on Teamwork's infrastructure and we have been able to hit close to 50% total margins based on hyper-optimizing our processes to their system.

The only tool we rely on more than Teamwork is our Google Workspace... it's that critical to our business success.

For every feature I wish I had there are 10 other features I couldn't live without. This is why I have used this platform for over 10 years and across 5 agency brands!

Positive: Teamwork is built for agencies that value time. Time tracking is woven through the entire system allowing agencies to plan, use, and measure time. And for agencies time is $$.

Budgeting tools are flexible and you can set budgets by time, all hours, billable hours, and retainers (and fixed budgets are coming soon). This feature is great for helping workers stay on track to budgets at a glance.

Client collaboration is excellent. Adding clients is free and they can gain access to as much or as little information as you choose.

The project management portions are intuitive with all the foundational elements you need to organize workloads, projects, and individual tasks.

The mobile app is optimized for communications that allow project team members to keep information flowing no matter where they are.

The company is very receptive to community feedback.

Negative: Reporting in general is lacking but I am hearing this is getting a lot of attention right now.

Data views are great but need a little more finesse with sorting and collapsing abilities.

I also wish 3rd party chat systems could integrate better. Their own chat system seems to work great and we would use that with clients if it was free and included in the base cost.

Spaces should be a part of projects and not and independent product.

Summary: Never - in my 30 year career - have I experienced responsiveness like I have with the Teamwork team. We have all seen customer "attententiveness" fall of a cliff since 2020 but that has never been the case with Teamwork. In the 9 years I have been using the product, every single correspondence has been personal and responsive. They are upfront, courteous, honest, and seeking to understand and resolve.

Positive: Teamwork is nimble. It enables users of all types to visualize work in a number of different ways. From boards, to lists, to tables, to "My Work", users can structure what requires their focus in a way that suits them best. Every platform requires diligence to make its use, well, useful. Teamwork makes use... easy... intuitive... productive.

Negative: There isn't anything to dislike. Are there areas that can be improved? Sure. I would love some configurability to the project dashboard.

Summary: Teamwork is an extremely flexible solution for project management. Its Gantt chart illustrates project information extremely well. With Teamwork, we have been able to work on multiple projects at a time and also accomplish them before the deadline.

Positive: The Teamwork user interface is very responsive. Although there is some learning curve and when you learn everything it performs superbly well. Its dashboard contains a detailed project overview. Switching between different projects is easy.

Negative: There is some learning curve on Teamwork platform.

Summary: Teamwork is a competent application, that deals with projects, and the product development cycles in the company. Further, Teamwork brings a stable planning, which increases the efficiency of resource usage

Positive: Teamwork consists of efficient planning and monitoring features, which increases the success of every project a company execute.
Further, Teamwork has the budgeting and resource planning tool, which increases the performance of the company system.
Finally, Teamwork brings collaboration and togetherness in the company.

Negative: Teamwork has managed to control projects efficiently, and figure out the proper utilization of the resources.

Summary: Teamwork has helped us to manage all our ongoing projects in an organized way. It allows us to create new projects and tasks and designate people in our teams to accomplish them at certain times and, in turn, follow up until they are completed; it facilitates the workflow. We work in a more organized way in our projects since we have Teamwork.

Positive: We implemented Teamwork in our company to manage all projects, seeking to promote collaboration between project teams on the same work platform. I like the functionalities it offers when assigning and monitoring each task to ensure that they are completed within the agreed and planned deadlines. It helps to promote collaboration between coworkers and complete our projects in the estimated time, advancing within the same environment and at an ideal pace to increase our overall productivity.

Negative: I think it should have more introductory material to the use of its features, some of these are often complicated and may not be taken advantage of.

Summary: When a team's efforts are divided, this program is ideal for centralizing the work and creating a perfect communication channel to flow exceptionally. Communication, coordination, and organization problems have all been significantly solved thanks to this program that creates an environment where we can visualize how our efforts help the overall project. It may be the only project management software you will ever need once you have it; I have not seen one that is more complete and better able to coordinate a team's efforts.

Positive: It might be one of the most robust yet easy-to-use project management applications out there. It allows you to have everything in one place, check progress, both individual and group, and connect with other services, which will enable you to centralize resources, saving time and effort.

Negative: This application is too complete, and the service it provides is impeccable; there is nothing I dislike.

Summary: Teamwork is a directional tool, with a focus of managing huge projects and even smaller ones. Also, Teamwork has security and authentication strategies, making it right and worth.

Positive: Teamwork speeds the management and evaluation of different projects.

Negative: Teamwork has rectified errors or bugs, and hence, appropriate planning and communication program.

Summary: The most important thing about this platform is how we are able to organize teams, schedules and resources and at the same time work is done with ease and speed. Communication between teams has now been streamlined.

Positive: Teamwork is the the best in measuring team productivity, customer satisfaction and traffic channels. Features such as file attachments and mobile chat are very important to our teams.

Negative: I take pride in using Teamwork because i have not experienced any problems so far.

Positive: I like how it normally deliver projects on time.

Negative: It's the best i have no complain towards it since it has really helped me to deliver projects on time.
