    The new version is a trash

    Summary: BAD. The product has good features but the design of the menu itself is crappy. It is not user-friendly. No instructions and the customer service is non-existent. I am struggling to make it work to no avail.

    Positive: When I had the old version, it worked great. I could amend the document, add words etc. When I upgraded to Windows 11, it did not work. The company told me I have to buy the latest and greatest version.

    Negative: The address window is too big and takes up half the page. Asked the help desk and they told me the remedy is to minimize it. What a crap! When I minimize, I cannot use any of the menu items. Many emails to customer service with screenshots and no help. They repeated the same thing. I would not buy this latest and greatest version. Every time I open a document, the sub menu for distance and spacing adjustment takes up another quarter of the page. I have to go and click the hand button to get it off. There is no way to remove it. No instruction manual at all. When you click on the Help tab, nothing comes up. Just says Small font or something like that.

    Positive: There are no pros to this software. I purchased because it was inexpensive. But now I know why. None of the features work properly.

    PDF Pro 10 is fraud

    Summary: Worse than covid 19. Every one must avoid it. PDF Pro 10 is a complete rip off and fraud and please don't waste your money on these crooks.

    Positive: I bought it 6 months ago.
    And the files i created via are uneditable. On contacting the team, i was told that font is embedded. What? i created these files and spent huge amount of time and now i cannot edit them.
    requested for refund. Declined. requested for money back for next 6 months but declined.
    It's a complete rip off and bunch of fraudsters sitting somewhere in different world. Stay away as its worst than plague.

    Negative: As above, in fact there are no pros and everything is the worst about PDF Pro 10.

    Hi Moss, I am sorry you had a bad experience. Correct, Fonts are not embedded into PDF files. It's not so simple to just edit a pdf if you don't replace the fonts with one that your system has. It's not like a word document. In any case, your best bet is to edit the source file (eg word document) and then convert it to PDF when you distribute it. PDF Pro 10 does have some pretty good text editing tools, but depending on how the PDF File was generated will vary in its ability to actually perform edits.     Summary: If I could rate this program less than 1 star I would. One of the worst programs I’ve ever used in my life. Save your time, money and sanity by buying a program that actually works.

    Positive: Sometimes it actually works and you can use it to edit a PDF. It is cheap, but to be honest that’s not really a pro because you’re basically just throwing your money in the trash.

    Negative: Awful at pretty much everything. Constantly crashing, and that’s if you can even get it to open at all. Converting images to PDF is a joke and only works half the time (if you’re lucky). Digitally filled forms often either come up blank or with gibberish. There are honestly too many issues to even list.

    Summary: Don’t buy it! It is absolutely rubbish! It is extremely slow while functional and highly unreliable.

    Positive: I bought as it was cheap and the installation was ok. It was a bit dodgy during activation and got me concerned.

    Negative: It is extremely slow.
    Worst customer service.
    It stopped working after first windows update and couldn’t be fixed. According to their support” the program is compatible with windows but its license everts after every windows update “ means it is not compatible with windows and its updates.
    The program stopped after 48 days and my request for refund was rejected.

    This is the worst PDF app ever!

    Positive: The app is actually an app, and not completely scam. The customer support actually exist (in some ways).

    Negative: The app is almost 100% trash, and do not have any smart settings for personalizing the experience. The customer support is poison, trying to "trick" you to think that theres nothing wrong with the app.

    Summary: The company should be put out of business. There is not a phone number or contact information other then the problem report which yields no support at all. Thumbs DOWN.

    Positive: Easy to use, when it works it works well. I really can't say much more about the program because I have more problems then I have success.

    Negative: Support is Non-Existent, have tried for 2 months to get answers to problems and I get an initial response to send my License info which I do and I never hear from anyone ever again.
    I paid for a program that crashed, was told that the license information was invalid I then had to repurchase. This company is terrible besides being unreachable.

    Leave Customer in the Lurch !!!

    Summary: For some reason, the software was preventing my windows from shutting down despite following their instruction to un-install and re-install several times. I raised a case with their technical team several times, and they repeatedly refused to respond. I even escalated this issue to their sales and customer service team, none of them responded! I'm extremely disappointed with the attitude of Annalissa and the whole team! When you need them to help you with the software problem, they went silent on you, ignore you and leave you in the lurch!! How unreliable they are! I won't recommend any one to waste their money, it's not worth it. They just want your money, they are not interested in the after sales technical support. I won't spend money on this software again, that's it. No returning business.

    Positive: Nothing really fantastic, just standard stuff like inserting pages, delete pages, inserting or deleting texts.

    Negative: Poor Technical Support!!!
    Software has a lot of limitation, and cumbersome to use.
    Keep getting the message that your license has expired every few months, and need a new license key.
    All technical support assistance is via emails, no one to speak with! So they can just go silent on you or ignore you!
    Annalissa seems to be the only person in their technical support "team"!

Given the volume of requests we get per day, it did not seem like we really needed to increase our support staff.     Wouldn't buy PDF Pro 10 again

    Summary: This application isn't good enough to make the constant crashing, lack of bug fixes & poor support worth the trouble, & I wouldn't buy this product again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

    Positive: I purchased PDF Pro 10 back in mid-2019 to replace an Adobe product that I had. PDF Pro 10 was reasonably priced. It was also relatively intuitive & easy to use.

    Negative: It worked great for the 1st 9 months but then started crashing on a regular basis. I would try to open a PDF and would get a message that my license had expired and that I needed to reactivate. I had purchased it, so the license would never have a reason to expire. I reached out to their tech support & was told that it had to do w/ Windows 10 updates, which didn't make sense b/c nothing else was impacted by any updates, but they didn't elaborate, nor did they respond when asked what they were doing to address this issue. Over the next 2 years, I've had to reactivate 5 times. This means that I had to reach out to them for a code, waiting anywhere from 1-3 days for a response, deinstall the product, reboot & then reinstall it. The application crashed again 3/11/21 but despite 4 emails requesting support, I still have yet to hear back from them, even though they sent me a "how did we do" email. (!)

    Don’t Expect PDF Pro to Be Ready When You Are

    Summary: The sporadic requirement for a new license number adds an absolutely unnecessary element of concern when planning to use the program. Whether or not it prevents software piracy I do not know, but it certainly creates hardships for those who purchased the product legitimately. There are too many other PDF options available and I will certainly be switching to one of those.

    Positive: Overall the product is pretty much like any other PDF editor. There is nothing extraordinary to set it apart from similar programs except the fair price.

    Negative: I am assuming it is a security feature employed by PDF Pro Ltd. but if for any reason the program needs to be reinstalled or if Windows 10 does a significant system upgrade, PDF Pro will require a new license number to function. Obtaining this new number will take several days at best. This little quirk alone means that in order to open an existing document, it may require several days of planning if one of these two things has occurred. If the matter is urgent it will requires the use of some other PDF program. The need to use a second program to do what PDF Pro should have done alone certainly begs a obvious question.

    Summary: Poor customer service. They sent incorrect license key that expires every few months. Sent me incorrect product.

    Positive: For the price it does good job. It will let you create pdf, edit, extract, insert pages, allow you to create secured pdf.

    Negative: I purchased this product and paid for Pro in March 2019. They emailed me link for PDF 10 and not Pro. I emailed them and promptly sent e link for PDF Pro 10. Product worked fine until August 2019. Gave me message trial period expired. I emailed Customer Support and promptly emailed me another license key. Worked fine until March 2020 and my trial period expired? Emailed customer support and they emailed me another license key. Now March 2021 my trial period expired again. Emailed customer support. No response. I wouldn't buy this product and nor recommend.
