Summary: Good overall, it has good functionality; I use it for business and study/academic purposes.

Positive: Functionality is very good, have used this product for quite a while, and enjoy it; it meets my needs very well.

Negative: Delivery and installation is a little problematic, but good support made a big difference, it all worked out in the end; response for support was excellent.

Summary: I am very satisfied with the PDF Pro 10. A PDF Editor is a must have program these days when most documents come as portable document format. I am impressed with the support provided by the company. Real professionals who always provide prompt and to-the-point help to solve any problem.

Positive: The price which is much cheaper than Adobe Acrobat Pro and yet it is an excellent product with all the features doing everything one would expect from a PDF Editor.

Negative: I cannot fault the product. I have never encountered any issue while using the program.

Summary: I am so glad I purchased PDF Pro 10. Would highly recommend this product. Very user friendly. Rated 10.

Positive: PDF Pro 10 has all the features that I need to edit documents. Very user friendly. Worth the cost.

Negative: There have been a few times that my license has inactivated.

Summary: Great! I 'm really impressed with the product support team as well!

Positive: I like the simplicity and design of the software. I like that you can import images files, which is huge for me. Most of all, the product support team is top notch.

Negative: Nothing. Really works as it should. I have to learn it more to give a proper assessment.

Summary: I find the product backed up by support is a no brainer to purchase the subscription. Anyone that wants a good PDF program to use, that works well, should look at this product as a replacement to the other PDF applications out in the ether.

Positive: Support is top notch, Annalissa who supported my issue was very helpful from start to finish and it didn't take to long to rectify the issue.

Negative: There's not a lot to not like about PDFPro10, it is a very good product for the price point, ease of use etc.

Summary: Once I had mastered the environment, it was full steam ahead.

Positive: Clean, easy to use, mark up / stamp / editing and very competitive pricing.

Negative: Nothing specific comes to mind.

Summary: Positive experience and would recommend the product to anyone looking for a reasonably priced alternative to Adobe.

Positive: Purchased PDF Pro 10 to help me create, edit, and secure documents. Product worked as described, at a reasonable price. Would recommend as an alternative to Adobe.

Negative: License sometimes requires reset, but customer service is very responsive, getting me back up and running within 12-24 hours.

Summary: I purchased the program to help me edit PDF documents that included Map data as well as work with documents that required further editing. The ease at which the program works made it easy to accomplish all of my tasks.

When support for the original program was no longer available my program shut down and I received the indicator that my trial period was up again and that I needed to purchase a license in order to use the program. I was then given the opportunity to purchase the latest version of the program for the same low price that I had paid for the original program. At the same time, I was informed that I could continue using the older program but that it would not be supported. The updated program appears to be much better than the first and is well worth the investment.

Positive: Very easy to use interface. Makes editing PDF's simple and easy.
Most affordable.
Works with all PDF's.

Negative: Despite the fact that I have purchased a lifetime license my program has shut down 3 times in the past two years and indicated that my trial period is up and that I need to purchase a license. At this point neither the program or any of my PDF's can be opened until a new license key is provided. This is done with no cost and an apology but is very disruptive.

Summary: Staff very professional and kind when I goofed on installation. No muss, no fuss! Really appreciate the ease of solving my problem.

Positive: Conversion of pdf to Excel spreadsheet. I have a personal project where this this has been extremely useful.

Negative: Have not found anything I really dislike. It has done what I want it to do.

Summary: While I loved the original product, it was supposed to be a one off payment for the programme. Now I can't run my old PDF Pro 10 (my laptop fried, so had to buy a new one and I couldn't transfer the licence) and so was told by admin I would have to pay more money for the new version. I assumed the new version would be better, but at this stage, that would be incorrect and so I am very disappointed at this point.

Positive: I am using the new PDF Pro10 and have loved being able to add invoices to statements for easy filing.

Negative: Maybe I am not familiar enough with this new version, but it is nowhere near as easy to use as the old one. At the moment it won't let me add multiple pages at once, the save features are different and it just seems a lot clunkier to use. I am really disappointed that it is not like it used to be.

Summary: High quality experience. Easy to use, cost effective tool for PDF manipulation. If it could be easily reinstalled after machine change and there was a way to do a contents page then would score 5.

Positive: Page numbering.

Negative: Could not work out how to make a contents page from book marks.
Difficulty with reinstalling after machine adjustment or hardware change.

Summary: I love the product and love what I can do with it. I recommend it over other similar products I have used.

Positive: I love the ease of basic use. It took repeated tries to learn the finer detailed editing. The support team is responsive and very knowledgeable. They were very helpful. I would rate the product higher but, it was not as intuitive as I anticipated.

Negative: I had problems with installation due to initial install errors. It was a while before I discovered there was a problem and it required I uninstall/reinstall the application from scratch twice. I believe both times were issues on my end.

Summary: For the price it was very positive, but definitely not as good as the overpriced industry standards.

Positive: Good Value and Generally good results. Like the idea of outright ownership and updates.
Good service desk.

Negative: Some limitations in editing.
An important suggestion.
Currently I do not see how to insert a solid rectangle to cover text. So is it possible to insert a shape and fill them with a block colour; for instance a white square to block out parts of text not wanting to be seen in the final edited PDF.

Summary: Would be great, when it would be possible to change from JPG to PDF.
I use it for the genealogy of our family and I can collect all documents of a person in only one file!

Positive: - The possibility to change from PDF to word and others
- To put several pages in one file together.

Negative: - prefer the former desktop
- change from word (or other) to PDF missing
- window after opening with recent files in the middle of the screen is disturbing!

Summary: Very good and useful software. I use it on a daily basis. Good value for money, in comparison with Adobe's products...

Positive: Many usable functions. Ability to change content as well as the pdf files themselves (insert pages from other files, extract pages etc.).

Negative: More user-friendly interface desired. More logical icons and/or attached description of the icons.
