Summary: A recommended supplier! Support provided was excellent … many suppliers like to sell a product and then move on.

Positive: I was delighted to discover a great level of support from PDF pro. In particular Annalissa was most helpful in reinstalling the software after a change of hard disk drive.

Negative: All good … what more can I say to get to fifty characters … almost there!

Summary: Excellent experience. Far greater than most teams I deal with who don't seem to care about customer support. PDF PRO 10 really care for you as a customer.

Positive: I have always found the support from the PDF PRO 10 team outstanding. I wish I could say the name of the lady i always deal with but I suppose I am not allowed to. She is always very efficient in solving my problems and I am really grateful for the help and support she has given to me. I can thoroughly recommend PDF PRO 10 and the support team.

Negative: none. I haven't found any cons to report. Everything has been positive.

Summary: It has a very easy to use interface and creates prefect PDFs.
I have used lots of PDF editors in my time and have found that they were not as good as PDF Pro 10.

Positive: It is the easiest and best PDF editor that I have ever used.
It's features are nicely set out and has the easiest interface to use.
PDF Pro 10, provides you with all the tools that you will need to produce a professional PDF document.

Positive: The person I Dealt with - Annalissa Was very helpful and helped me quickly and efficiently dealing with the aftermath of my computer exploding after being flooded, including finding my previous orders and links and getting them restablished on a new computer.

Summary: I have been using PDF Pro for a few years, a great alternative to the expensive Adobe product. I had one problem with it a year or so ago, but submitting a ticket gave me very quick reply which was spot on and solved my problem. You will not be sorry if you get this software, guaranteed!

Positive: Does everything that Adobe Acrobat does.
Works flawlessly.
Have never had an issue with this software.

Negative: I have yet to run into any problems doing the tasks I have done with PDF Pro 10. Excellent program and easy to work with!

Negative: No Cons.... PDF Pro 10 is the best. I wouldn't go with anything else.

Negative: Editing can be trying at times but this may be because of the original creation and not PDF Pro.

Summary: Very good. I use this product quite seldom, maybe once a month, however, when I need to use it works well.

Positive: Help is readily available when needed. I have ran into some problems with this product and each and every time the support team responded and offered solutions for it.

Negative: None. I can nit think of anything that I could bring up as a disappointment with this product and its support team.

Summary: I use PDF Pro 10 for online courses and it helps me focus on key information. Besides just a a great product, they provide quick, exceptional service that I have used twice.

Positive: PDF Pro 10 provides full functionality that I use to annotate and export documents which facilitates learning. I use it all the time and love it.

Negative: I have not found anything that I would change in functionality or service.

Summary: I just had a problem with the validity Licence number, last bought on November 2022. The system was telling me it was expired at the beginning of March 2023. An immediate mail with a quick answer allowed to solve the problem.

Positive: Responsiveness, kindness, competence, and clarity of explanations. For me it's always a pleasure to send en email to your services, because I'm quite sure that within one hour, I will obtain an appropriate answer.

Negative: Nothing! I'm a user since 2013 and very satisfied of the product and by your services! You are at the top level!

Summary: I mainly use the product to add passwords to files for privacy protection. That feature is easy to use and I am happy with it. Besides, their technical support is very helpful, especially Annalissa. She was very patient and clear in providing information to help me resolve installation and product activation problems.

Summary: All positive, especially customer service, I cannot rate Annalisa highly enough, she always responds swiftly and has been an amazing help to me.

Positive: Very easy to use, I mainly use it to add and remove pages from documents. It is very easy to navigate around.

Negative: The only (slight) issue that I have is that, when I am importing multiple, different pages or documents into a file, the software doesn't automatically send me to the previous folder that I accessed to import a file/folder. so I have to click through the file structure each time to reach the correct folder.

Summary: Excellent.

Positive: I had an issue that was solved within a day.
