    Summary: I do not recommend this product. I have to buy a different one for regular work flow.
    Total waste of money and do not agree to reimburse me.
    Waste of time and money! DO NOT BUY!

    Positive: There is no advantage to this software.
    The only thing it doesn’t without a fuss is to merge several PDF at once.
    But even then…

    Negative: To divide a PDF into several pages, you have to break it down manually!
    Impossible to modify without breaking your entire layout.
    When you save the merge PDF, it decide to save it according to the wind! Could be here or there.. so you end up with files everywhere. Even though you specified were you wanted them to be.

    Summary: Bad experience with the company as they do not support their software and only want more money for upgrades.

    Positive: I can't say anything good about the software. I purchased the software, I haven't used it in quite some time, but now that I want to use it they do not support it any longer. Keep pestering me to upgrade and pay more but I don't need an upgrade, I only need to use what I got in the first place.

    Summary: Not a responsible and reliable software and company. The New version of PDF pro 10 is awful with editing function!! Suggest to avoid buying this product from them.

    Positive: The older version of this software was much more user friendly. However, they have stopped supporting the older version. What is worse, they do not provide the new version update for free! They charge you an additional fee and force you to switch to the newer version!

    Negative: We spent hundreds dollars in the past years to purchase license keys form them. They suddenly decided to quit our keys and access without any solution!

    Hello, I am sorry you have had a bad experience with our licensing and upgrades. The initial Software from 2011 was a white label from an ISV that was acquired. the buyer terminated our agreement and we are no longer allowed to distribute that older unmaintained version of the software. Since 2017, we have been hard at work at building our own PDF Editor, which we maintain and improve, with regular updates. We do offer discounts for upgrades.     Negative: It took 2 emails to get a response to my request. This company is hard to work with. The website is bare bones and not very user friendly. I bought the software for over $200 and didn’t install. When I requested a prorated refund, they denied it. So I lost $200+ . I do not recommend using this software or company.

    Summary: The platform can sometimes be useful, but they don't know what a lifetime subscription is.

    Positive: It is a cheap solution and not hard to use for small corrections.

    Negative: It gets difficult to do any complicated document.

    You pay for the lifetime subscription; your key expires in one year. Then, surprise, they ask you for more money as you were on an old version of the software. Quite scammy.

    Poor customer service

    Summary: I am a very dissatisfied customer. The company does not seem to care. I ended up paying a price for a product I was not able to use as I required (in two devices). I no longer have access to the account (they blocked it) and yet, I did not get my money back.

    Positive: It's a good tool, it's easy to use and has as many features as one needs on a daily home office basis.

    Negative: Once you get a lifetime plan, please note that "one user only" means "one device only", so you have to purchase a plan for each of your devices, which makes no sense in this digital era. Customer service is terrible. They processed a refund (which I had not asked for), which never showed in my account. So I have payed for a product that I could only partially use which I no longer have access to (it was blocked from my account) and, worst of all, did not get my money back. 192 American dollars put to waste.

    Company knows program crashes when Windows updates!

    Summary: Don't buy...they are dishonest in my estimation. I am looking for a PDF editor that is reliable from another company that will back their product.

    Positive: Except for the fact that the program consistently crashes each time Windows updates and you have to contact the company to get a new activation code before you can reload the software to use it, when it is working it's not too bad.

    Negative: The company admitted the program crashes whenever Windows updates... 3 times within a couple of months. You have to contact the company to get a new activation code and reload the software each time. Their software is defective. They will not issued a permanent activation code and refused to refund my money--past the 30 day window. They know about the defect but will not honor their satisfaction guarantee. They are counting on you not discovering the problem within the first 30 days.

    Positive: Used PDF Pro 10 for several years. Product works but has gaps of times where they do not fix or upgrade the product.

    Summary: Overall, this interface is arbitrary, unstable and not at all intuitive.

    Positive: Not much.

    Negative: Simple tasks are difficult or impossible to perform. For example, often when I scan sheet music, my scanner inserts a .5 inch black line at the top. I want to make the black line disappear so the document prints nicely. I tried for 30 minutes. "Markup" appears to be the only way to do this. Markup lets to draw freehand with a pencil tool. However, after a little while the interface switches from presenting a pencil icon to a select box that will not allow me to draw. After 4 or 5 tries I gave up.

    Summary: Terrible experience wasted money on a product whose licensing does not work thus making the product unusable.

    Positive: When it worked it was okay. There is nothing about this product that I would recommend other than warning people not to buy it.

    Negative: After 1 ONE day the product stopped working insisting that the license had expired. I searched for help and discovered that this was not uncommon with windows 10 ??? There is a fix on the website which did not work. After contacting support I was directed to remove the product and re-install it using a new license key. I did this and it worked..... for 1 ONE day, then it said license invalid or expired. This products licensing is faulty and whilst it works when it works don't expect to use it for more than 1 day. Do not buy this.

    Literally struggling to think of any pros to this software.
