Summary: I mainly use the product to add passwords to files for privacy protection. That feature is easy to use and I am happy with it. Besides, their technical support is very helpful, especially Annalissa. She was very patient and clear in providing information to help me resolve installation and product activation problems.

Negative: I do not think of anything which causes me to dislike the product.

Summary: All positive, especially customer service, I cannot rate Annalisa highly enough, she always responds swiftly and has been an amazing help to me.

Positive: Very easy to use, I mainly use it to add and remove pages from documents. It is very easy to navigate around.

Negative: The only (slight) issue that I have is that, when I am importing multiple, different pages or documents into a file, the software doesn't automatically send me to the previous folder that I accessed to import a file/folder. so I have to click through the file structure each time to reach the correct folder.

Summary: Excellent.

Positive: I had an issue that was solved within a day.

Positive: Timely response and follow up. While I believe that an operating system caused my program to malfunction, customer service had the solution.

Negative: Service response time might have been faster but it was the Holidays for both sides.

Summary: I am currently retired but before that I was a physicist and an electronics engineer. I used to use Adobe's Acrobat for the above four features as well.
I used to generate the PDF files with the built-in Microsoft Print to PDF printer.

Positive: I like these 4 functionalities that I use exclusively:
- merge
- delete pages
- rotate pages
- snapshot

Negative: The price too high to have only these four features.

Summary: I do not work with PDF files a lot. However, whenever a legal document or medical paperwork needs to be updated, completed, etc., so easy to scan it in and then use PDF PRO 10 to perform edits, updates, etc. Finished paperwork is neat, readable, accurate and professional looking. note: Hate trying to hand-write information on a form in tiny little blanks spaced less than 1/4" apart.

Negative: Having used PDF PRO 10 for over four years:
* Had to uninstall and reinstall (sometimes adding a patch), whenever a Windows 10 update was installed.
* When Windows 11 was installed, had to purchase a new version - still a bargain however!

Summary: Great experience with Technical and Customer Support despite re-activating the software a couple of times. All in all, the support I received was excellent. I have recommended the product many times already.

Positive: Ease of Use, Ease of Installation. The product is very simple to use and fast. Customer and Technical Support was excellent and very responsive.

Negative: I had to re-activate the software a couple of times, but aside from that, experience was great.

Summary: Good.

Positive: Easy to use, easy to connect to scanner. Easy to make pdf file from all kind of documents. Make my day easy.

Negative: Hard to make it nice when you sign documents, can't make everything fit.

Summary: Very happy with this complete and useful program. It makes it easy and less costly to edit and create PDFs.

Positive: Makes it easy to create and use. The cost of this program is very good also. Product support is very good also.

Negative: Program stoped working after a computer change but the support I received from the support department was perfect and professional.

Summary: I had issues activating the software and the support team was quick to respond (despite this week being Thanksgiving) and we were able to get everything solved right away.

Other than the weird underlining quirk (user error/ignorance?), this program is just as good as Adobe and I'm happy to have it.

Positive: I am a Paralegal and it has almost every feature I need: conversion from PDF to Word and visa versa; adding and deleting pages; stamps (I use for digital exhibit stickers); and Bates Labeling. There's a quirk though (see Cons).

Negative: I don't like that when I edit a PDF I can't underline selected text (you can italicize and bold it though) and I can't remove lines. Example: My boss sent me a Demand letter to send, but his template was old and had his old email address on the header. I deleted the old text and typed the new text (email address). However, the line that was under the text was the length of the old text (shorter) and looked weird with the new text. I tried to select the line as an object to delete it (something I can do in Adobe when the line is not "with" the text), but nowhere under Edit Text or Edit Image was I able to select the line. My boss also typed an email address in the "to" section that I needed to underline. I couldn't find a way to underline it even though I could bold/italicize/and change the font/color/size. Weird. Normally I edit drafts in Word, but sometimes I get PDFs that are "ready to go", but aren't. So, while this feature is not something I have to have every day, I do need it from time to time and would like this program to have.

Summary: Excellent software for that price.

Summary: Annalissa, Account Representative - Client Software was fantastic and looked after all my needs and gave me clear instructions what I needed to do to have this repaired.

Positive: I had my computer repaired and lost access to PDF Pro 10 and asked for help in getting my system working.

Negative: N/A.

Summary: Super easy to use. Works better than advertised, as far as I'm concerned. Made it easy to migrate new computers for our office. Customer service is top notch and quick.

Negative: There were no "Cons" that I could identify. This product is easy to use and does exactly what it says it will do!

Summary: Working with Annalissa made resolving the update license issue quick and fast following her e-mail directions. I suppose a script flag could be added to failed new-maintenance-license to contact support immediately.

Positive: I actually purchased the initial PDF PRO on 18MAY2021 and liked it so much that I purchased a maintenance license on 25JUN2022 to continue once I noticed that the support had expired. I finally contacted support and got Annalissa who resolved the matter expeditiously.

Negative: The product is affordable and great. The support is fast once you realize you need to remove the app and restart your computer and hopefully have a good license which most non-technical users may argue.

Summary: I have used PDF Pro for a bit more than a year and I am always happy about its ease of use and the many features that make it possible to correct and adapt PDFs for my use.

Positive: I like the many features, which allow me to correct and adapt PDFs I receive, so they fit for my purposes.

Negative: There isn't really anything I do not like about PDF Pro.
