We're safe to say that after so many years we finally found the call center software with effective and productive features like AI-enabled Omnichannel Solution, Live call monitoring dashboards and Flexible dialer modes that helped us in all aspects.

Also, the 24/7 Customer Support helped us in gaining much more effective results recently.Negative: The Software is performing well and hasn't shown any Cons so far.

I hope that it will continue to go as it is in the future.Positive: The priority that they provide to their customers is appreciated and this in my opinion is the best advantage.
Negative: I have never faced an issue in their product so in my opinion there are no flaws or Cons.
