    Rude cowardly staff who refuse you good customer service.

    Summary: Absolutely terrible. Never have I been so angry and felt so helpless i've had to find another provider all together cause they'd rather kick someone out than provide good customer service they should be ashamed of themselves and should be put out of business. Do not put your business in their hands they will fail you and rob you and charge you for scam likely numbers and not tell you how to fix it! Which results in bills 1-2 thousand USD higher than they're supposed to be if you're a scammer or piece of scum they're perfect for you! This is a dialer for the worst of the worst and is only for scammers!

    Positive: Nice software great dialer really but wow no more pros management is terrible can't even fill up this whole thing cause they're just that bad! This dialer is for scammers! And they're rude.

    Negative: Rude staff. I've never experienced such rude staff anywhere! It all started with one refusing to ask me how my day is going then when I got angry about the bad service on top of him not knowing how to help at all I was accused of verbally abusing the staff and told to take my business elsewhere after years of business and spending over 50k with them.
