Versature is the reason we can work remotely. Date: May 10 2019
Summary: Working at a grass roots charity in Toronto that runs programs across Ontario, B.C and Alberta our phone bill was starting to add up. Between long distance calling and using personal phones for after hours calls did not give out the professional appearance that we were hoping for. Once we switched to Versature we were able to set up extensions for all our team members and allow them to receive and make calls using voip software or their mobiles. Since then whenever we explain the size of our organization to callers when asked they are pleasantly surprised with the reach of our small organization.
Positive: It allows the team to work remotely but still be connected to our phone system.
The analytics and features the software allows is remarkable.
It ties into salesforce so you do not have to manually make notes of call times and duration. *You can even set it up to record so making manual call notes can be a thing of the past.
*I believe this is possible, we are currently working on setting it up into salesforce so we have not enabled this feature yet.Negative: Before the versature app was released trying to get it set up on your own voip serves was challenging but since then it has become very easy.

Positive: Works very well for whatever business model it answering setup you need. Lots of data and many options!! Recommended.
Negative: Took a little time to learn and tweak but truly once it’s up and running all is well.

Forwarding Features Date: May 08 2019
Summary: Having your phones automatically reconnect if there's ever an internet outage has been wonderful. No major issues with the system, given you have a stable internet connection.
Positive: Love how easy it is to forward a call, blind or not.
Negative: Custom backgrounds/screensavers is a must have for the phones.
