Positive: Microsoft OneDrive is a very friendly secure online cloud storage source. I have different running capacities, such as we can access our stored data such as by exploiting its official website, through a mobile application and via default Windows application. Most importantly it provides free storage space and available different packages for premium storage depending upon the capacity or usage. Most importantly it can be integrated with MS Word where we can access edit and reformat our credentials directly. Additionally, it provides general storage we can merely not store only documents but other formats can also be stored.

Negative: Microsoft OneDrive is super in its functionality. However, low bandwidth internet may suffer delays in functioning in downloading or uploading data or sometimes integration with ms word may be slow for autosaving option.

Summary: Microsoft OneDrive has a limitless cloud storage space, which allows businesses to hold all their details without questions. More so, Microsoft OneDrive increases the privacy that business requires, through solid and intact business storage. The integration and coordination with other programs is another beneficial aspect of Microsoft OneDrive.

Summary: Absolutely love being able to use this for work now that I got used to it in school. It was confusing and I refused to use it right at first in college but I will never go back to unshareable and non-collab programs again.

Positive: Microsoft OneDrive is a great tool. I used this in college to collab on projects and now at work to share documents and collab on needed agenda items. Sharing is easy and getting everyone on the same "page" is so great.

Negative: Not a lot of cons as long as you are able to organize correctly.

Summary: Overall a great product for our company and makes everything more centralized and cloud base so very easy access to everything you need anywhere and anytime.

Positive: This is a great product to have as a company, because this allows everything to be loaded to the cloud so everyone can access it any time and anywhere that has an internet connection.

Negative: We have found a few glitches while using the product but have found ways to work around it and made it work for us. Like any cloud base systems it does go down once in while.

Summary: I would prescribe utilizing OneDrive to any individual who utilizes the Microsoft suite for their everyday work. The speed at which work should be possible utilizing this is extremely high. It is an exceptionally compelling instrument to store every one of the significant reports regardless of the size of the document and I can get to them rapidly from any gadget.

Positive: The most supportive component to me is the manner by which effectively I can impart envelopes and archives to others outside my association, without them requiring a record to see and download documents. I additionally like how effectively it adjusts every one of my gadgets. Both my work and home pc, and telephone all sync rapidly.

Negative: There isn't anything on the cons side, on the off chance that I need to list I would say to make do on the route and the UI part. Other than that everything is cool.

Summary: OneDrive is a no-brainer for MS 365 users. If you have an MS 365 subscription then I can't think of a reason not to turn it on and use for your PC back up. If you need a company, division, or department level document repository/library (that isn't used for active collaboration) then it works really well. I find I use OneDrive less for project specific team collaboration as Teams and therefore, SharePoint seems to work better.

Positive: OneDrive is easy to setup on a Windows PC and works perfectly. I like that it auto backs up all my documents on my hard drive in case my laptop has problems...which it has multiple times. But each time after my fixed laptop is returned I can easily restore all my documents from OneDrive into my newly fixed machine. Without it, there is always a concern about losing documents. Additionally, with the OneDrive app, I can access my documents from either of my mobile phones (iOS and Android) or my Chromebook or another family members Windows PC.

Negative: This is a tough one. OneDrive is great because it works seamlessly and I really don't have to think about it. The only thing I can possibly think of is that when compared to DropBox which we also use, OneDrive seems to have a few less user friendly collaboration features and the support isn't as good. Dropbox is more hyper-focused on document backup and needs to drive collaboration from their solution since they don't have an equivalent solution like MS SharePoint to compete with.

Summary: This program is made for organizations like ours that is always in constant receipt of important information; we use it because we have placed the trust to create a direct link between the company and the users, this way, we save time and the activities in the organization is effective, fluid and simple.

Positive: I like many things about this program; mainly, I appreciate the confidence to store any information. The capacity is practically infinite when storing large files. I have saved from long videos with high quality and complete projects from different departments or different clients.

Negative: Microsoft OneDrive is a bit expensive. If you want to use a tool only to host selective information, I would recommend other options.

Negative: I would like the option to store files that have been shared with me and organize them into their own folders. Currently, the files all have to stay in a "shared folder."

Positive: It is quite useful for a company or a private individual to use OneDrive to store information in the cloud. It has a storage capacity of 7GB in its free version compared to others. Similarly, files can be synchronized on any device that has this application to facilitate data sharing.

Negative: One of the most notable limitations is the continuous use of the Internet to access these files or synchronized information. In addition, it does not have a tool for restoring items deleted by platform errors or accidentally, which puts its customers at risk of losing all their information.

Positive: From the version without payment costs OneDrive shows a much higher storage capacity than that offered by similar file sharing services.
