- OneDrive free trial is quite limited. It only offers 15GB of free storage and no integration with other Office 365 services is allowed. When we first started using OneDrive, we found the free features to be quite limited which forced us to go for a paid business plan to get a good deal out of it. advantage. I think the free trial should offer more storage space and access to more features.

- Cannot move files to the folder if there is no internet connection. When trying to move a file and there is no internet, it will not be allowed to move there, this is a problem. I would like to be able to leave the files in that folder and upload them when there is an internet connection since sometimes I have to leave my office and it would be excellent to be able to leave files uploading to the cloud and when the internet arrives, they are ready.

Negative: - Sometimes the quality of images and videos gets reduced to the point that they lose all the details in it.

Positive: Once installed, it automatically backups all kind of file in your system irrespective of its size.
You can limit speed or completely pause it if needed.
You can integrate many device with each other by its help.
It is an essential part of Microsoft internal system.

Negative: It backup every file even if it is not important.
If didn't pause manually may use all your internet.

Summary: Onedrive is good. One installs it and forgets about it. It just runs quietly and (mostly) reliably in the background. On rare occasion, if a synchronization problem occurs, they are resolved quickly. Then there are some that just don't resolve and one may need to recreate the document. Yet, it is very, very rare.

Positive: -Runs silently in the background
-Small install, does not use much memory
-Ensures that one has their files available online and locally
-Integrated throughout the Office 365/Sharepoint environment

Negative: -Only available for Windows platform
-Synchronization problems are not always easy to resolve (recreate document)
