Positive: Microsoft OneDrive offers a huge data storage with premium membership of Microsoft 365 and it is great to save all your data and files and one place to access from any device.

Negative: OneDrive premium membership fee is high and not easily affordable for common users.

Summary: OneDrive has many advantages that can be used even from its free paid version, and having 50GB for as little as 4 dollars per month makes it one of the cheapest cloud management and file sharing software available today. It is also a viable option if you are going to work with mobile phones.

Positive: Saving our data in the cloud is easy if we use Microsoft OneDrive as an implementation tool. The platform allows us to adapt different formats, so that we can create as many backups as possible not only in a certain format, but in several. This is because it is more useful in case we need to export information to some software.

Negative: OneDrive cannot be adapted to the services that we usually use for streaming, which makes it difficult to make backup copies of our presentations in the cloud in case we want to save them for future visualisations. OneDrive is also not a good service for handling large files.

Summary: OneDrive is used as an enterprise storage solution across the organization. Some departments use other solutions, such as Dropbox. However, OneDrive applies to all employees. Provide secure cloud storage for employee documents, which can be accessed from multiple devices, such as desktops, mobile devices and tablets at any time. It also facilitates document sharing within the company and with external personnel.

Positive: Allow the browser interface to process documents. When working through a browser, the document is automatically saved. Microsoft Office 365 is a widely used main office productivity suite. OneDrive provides documents saved from Office desktop applications such as Word and Excel. You can also create documents from the mobile app.

Negative: I have performance issues when working with documents from mobile apps. However, I rarely deal with Office documents on my phone, so this is not the main problem. Saving documents directly to OneDrive from the Office 365 desktop app can sometimes be difficult. I ran into an issue where the local copy was not syncing with OneDrive. To store access and organize files or information, allow access and share/collaborate files with others. Lacks the ability to display certain documents (such as .dwg files, etc.). This is an excellent mobile application that needs to upload or access stored files anytime, anywhere. Well suited for recording inspections and digital reporting.

Summary: We think that Microsoft OneDrive fulfills all the functions required to be a stable cloud storage system, and thanks to the potential of its API it is possible to integrate and connect data across many other platforms. Using OneDrive, files can be shared on both desktop and mobile workspaces without any complications.

Positive: Connecting OneDrive to services such as google drive is possible, so we can create double backups of our information for little cost. This helps that in the long run the need to redo lost data is unnecessary when synchronizing our computer or cell phone with the cloud. Within OneDrive we can save all the information of our work projects, regardless of the format.

Negative: There are some applications apparently integrable with OneDrive that do not let us export information to the cloud. One of them is Slack, whose files we cannot send to OneDrive to create backup copies. Apart from this, we have not found any other usage problem that would make us desist from using OneDrive as a backup service.

Summary: Cloud storage is critical and Microsoft OneDrive has been our to go tool. It is very secure, accessibility is easy and it also makes collaboration easy more so document collaboration and management.

Positive: I like that there is both a free and paid version.

Negative: Microsoft OneDrive is great but the subscription fee is high once you go past the free version.

Summary: Microsoft assistance is not constantly instant for non-critical issues. In fact, it took days to identify a consent issue; this was the only time I needed to contact Microsoft support. In general, it has an excellent frequently asked question and is also a very straightforward and simple software application, so contacting support is unusual.

Positive: OneDrive is really great for any type of large business. It solves all the essential functions of the cloud storage space for teams working together and in different locations.

Negative: OneDrive works with the mobile app, however, updates made online are often slow to update in the app. I want to see an instant link.

Summary: Altogether, If you are a Windows user, it's performance becomes very good as it integrates with your system very well. It provides lots of integration, such as cloud workspace, office 365, etc. Personal vault has an immense level of security.

Positive: OneDrive provides two services private vault and backup storage. I have been using it as my back up solution because I am a Windows user, so it blends with the OS amazingly giving optimum performance. It stores everything encrypted which assure the safety of your content on the cloud.

Negative: While syncing your data, if you are short of data, you cannot pause it like other updates of Microsoft. Once it starts, it won't stop until it's complete.

Summary: OneDrive has much great functionality and features, is reliable, has online office apps, and wide platform support. OneDrive has attractive user interfaces and powerful tools for collaborative work. OneDrive is very well integrated with OneDrive. Backup and syncing services are not only for PCs, but also available for other platforms like Macs, Androids, iOS, and Xbox.

Positive: A very visually attractive User Interface. Available for Windows, Android, and many other platforms. As it is a Microsoft product it is well integrated with Windows 10 and other services like office 365. A great tool for file sharing and collaboration among colleagues.

Negative: offers lesser free storage and functionality for free users. Only specific folders are permitted to get synced.

Summary: Microsoft OneDrive for personal and business use gives a lot of help in maintaining and saving data basis in cloud and make accessibility of data easy for every authorized user.

Positive: Microsoft OneDrive has everything in it to make it very reliable and efficient application for collaborative team workings. we can store our data in cloud and share it with teams for further working in few minutes.

Negative: Microsoft OneDrive application for android devices is a little bit slow as compared to windows and web applications.

Summary: Overall reliable, easy to use, decent upload and download speeds. Multi platform. My experience was good with this product.

Positive: Pretty much fulfill all your basic needs. I you want free tier you will get 5gb of storage above that you need to pay.

Negative: Pricing is a bit high I guess but not too much. But serves pretty well.

Summary: Use this every day and have to work hard to get my team to use it. Wish there was a way to select existing folders on your computer to sync like it's predecessor had (Skydrive).

Positive: Customization of what to sync, and what not to, is handy. Saves storage space on my computer when there are documents I still want to see but don't use often. Love the live updates for group collaboration on the same file.

Negative: Frequent issues with the app not re-starting on reboot and users don't realize it and make changes to documents which conflict.

Summary: A good and trusty online storage solution, with good MS integration, held back by the push for premium.

Positive: Reliable and secure online storage. Integrated with office 365 and other MS apps like office, outlook, so on. Business friendly.

Negative: Not long ago the storage space for free accounts was pared back significantly from 15gb to 5gb, which was quite a drop.

Summary: A Nightmare! I have lost files - I have used the wrong version of files. I have spent hours trying to fix this. Even ChatGPT gave up and said talk to MS Support!

Negative: It tries to take over - it falsely claims folders are synced when they are not and beware the BIG one - folders that are ONLY on Onedrive Cloud but not locally on your drive. Despite setting the folder to ALWYS be on your device.
