Negative: If you lost your password or if someone hacks your credentials then it might become a big hassle as your whole personal and professional data gets into risk.

Summary: Overall Microsoft OneDrive is a complete solution for our data's cloud storage. It gives complete security to our data and helps us in seamlessly mobility of the files and data. Collaborative work is also very easy and comprehensive through OneDrive and helps in improving efficiency of the team.

Positive: Microsoft OneDrive is very much reliable and secure cloud storage drive, where we can store and access our important files and data at any time from anywhere. The best features of OneDrive are the availability on all available operating systems in the world and all the applications are very easy and smooth to operate. It supports all type of file systems which make it more useful for every user.

Negative: As far as functions of the OneDrive are concerned, they all are very much helpful and accurate but the only Con I see is the cost of OneDrive for business edition is bit higher.

In the current situation of Covid-19, its helping a lot to share the file and collaborate among the team-members through one-drive. It has File restore system which allow us to download and restore the file for over 30 days through Timeline-histogram, making it very useful especially when many members are working on one file. OneDrive is highly secure service offered by Microsoft which we can rely on.

Summary: I am currently using the free version. So, I mostly use it to sync and share documents, videos, pictures from my windows device as it is super easy. I also save some of my memes on it.

Positive: - I really like the personal vault feature which is secured by two step verification process.

Negative: - Going premium doesn't come with unlimited storage, rather it is limited to 1TB.

Its sync features ensures that files are saved on cloud almost after any change in the files & are available across all devices no matter if its the Desktop, Mobile phone or Tab.

Negative: The initial setup often requires helps of your IT team which are already familiar with the setup process which is a bit complex in terms of simple person who is not much familiar with cloud tools.
