    Summary: It has worked very well for my company and we plan to continue using it. I hope that full QuickBooks Online integration is in the future to save a step each week when entering payroll, but otherwise we are happy.

    Positive: Quick, Easy to Use, QB Export ALWAYS works as it should. Setting up employees and PTO schedules is easy and we like the chat options so employees can communicate with admins and each other.

    Negative: I don't like that it won't break down holiday time, overtime, etc when sending to QB but I understand that is a QB API issue, not OTC.

    Summary: Ease of use, ease of adding, modifying time. The employees love being able to clock in from their phone wherever they are in the building and they love to be able to have their lunch automatically deducted so that they don't have to punch in and out.

    It has made tracking time so much easier for our organization. I would recommend it to any size company!

    Negative: The only thing that I may change is if you are adding a punch, and you have all employees open, it lets you add the punch, but it puts you back to the top of the screen (or first employee) instead of taking you back to where you were before you entered the new punch.

    Summary: Great. The support team is very helpful and prompt. While setting up we had many questions and they were very friendly despite having to bother them so many times.

    Positive: Great for a company with standard business hours, which is something we struggled with when looking at a lot of other apps because they were mainly geared towards cafes or places that have their employees come in on shifts.

    Can do salary employees.

    Negative: No easy sage integration we would have to contact our sage representative to get things set up/see about having it integrated.

    Summary: Using this program has cut down on employee theft of hours. It's also much cheaper than buying a punch clock and time cards. The back office end is easy to adjust times if needed and helps with payroll.

    Positive: Program was easy to install and teach to all employees. I like that we have the option to have everyone sign in from their individual computer and lock out signing in from their phones. Using this program is much cheaper than buying a time clock and punch cards.

    Negative: So far we haven't had issues with the program. One thing that came up is re-using the email address for an employee that left.

    Great Time Keeping Software! Employees Love it!

    Summary: I am VERY happy in choosing OnTheClock for my time keeping needs for my company. I looked at several other software options, including ADP's time and attendance software, and I found myself always comparing the other companies to OnTheClock's features, capabilities, and pricing. Once I realized that I was using OnTheClock as my benchmark, it was obvious who I should choose. Customer service is an inevitable need when migrating to a new software program. I have been over-the-moon impressed with the ease in having a friendly human to answer my call and is eager to assist with a solution. I really like how simple this software is to use for regular day to day tasks. It saves me a lot of time when I do our weekly payroll and it is so convenient that I can now do payroll remotely. So if I was able to go back in time and make any changes to my time keeping software choice, I wouldn't change a thing! I would've only done so sooner.

    Positive: 1. Can do payroll from any location
    2. Employees can clock out for lunch from where ever they are in their service route
    3. Simple to use
    4. Superb Customer Service / Customer Support!!!
    5. Benefit transparency for employees (PTO time, wage information, Holiday hours, etc)
    6. Message posting to all team members or only members in a certain group
    7. Payroll integration with ADP Run
    8. Time card edits are EASY
    9. Bulk add holiday hours is simple
    10. Department managers can easily see who's OnTheClock and at work
    11. PTO requests are easy to manage. The PTO calendar is an excellent tool to be able to see employees with vacation days off.

    Negative: This isn't totally a con, but I wish the following feature change was available:
    GeoFence feature for punching in and out could be set with a time schedule for the the geofence to apply. For Example, my employees report to the office at the beginning and end of the day. This is where the clock in and out should take place. However, we run a service business and with 18 routes and these team members clock out for lunch from their service route. It would be nice if the GeoFence warning emails were not sent during the lunch time hours, as we expect them to be outside of the geofence when going to lunch.

    Summary: A nice simple to use application that I recommend to all SME's. I use it every day and I improve daily. The possibilities are many.

    Positive: I was looking for a simple and economical solution to track my teams' hours, planned and unplanned absences, illnesses, overtime tracking, delays.
    After several searches on the net, I finally discovered OnTheClock and I am happy with it for the simplicity and the wealth of possible options.

    Negative: The absence of other languages ( French for example )
    A reduction in the price of the subscription beyond 10 users for example.

    I personally encountered a major difficulty in the use of the schedule (not fixed) but I was not abandoned to my fate because I was able to be accompanied by the many online supports. My problem has since been solved and I had to set the location, language and clock of my computer to the USA.

    Summary: OnTheClock will change the way that your business works! We have gained so much time and increased efficiency thanks to on the clock. It’s easy for managers to use, easy for employees, and integrates well with most payroll systems. We used a couple of different software‘s before, and on the clock is by far the most effective, efficient, an impactful. The best part about it? It’s complex in the features it offers, but simple to use for all users! Seamless and problem-free. Just decide what you’re now going to do with all the time that’s freed up!

    Positive: OnTheClock is intuitive and user-friendly, which makes on-boarding a breeze! It’s easy to navigate so it’s a quick transition from other sites/software or even for those using a system for the first time! Plus their customer service is unparalleled- you will get timely and helpful responses to any questions!

    Negative: No major drawbacks, only that I hope it’s new features include a way to upload PTO allowances for employees all at once instead of individually.
