Summary: A system we plan on keeping for a long time despite many other options that are available. We feel it's the best value out there.

Positive: Very easy and intuitive to use. The employees like it because they can also use their mobile devices to check in-and-out. As the owner, I really like the time card reports and transferring the time cards directly into Quickbooks.

Negative: A little finicky when it comes to having to edit and employees timecard. But once you've done it there's no more issue.

Summary: We have been using on the clock for several years and have never had any issues. Lets you use for free up to 2 people and over 2 is a small fee. Very easy to set up and use. We have tried other services but on the clock works best for us and our needs.

Positive: Easy to use is the first thing that we noticed.
Up to Date- Easy to stay updated or make changes to timecards.

Negative: We have been using on the clock for serval year now and really cannot think of any cons.

Summary: Great product and super easy to use! Would definitely recommend. Be mindful of how long you leave employees on your active roster to contain costs.

Positive: I love the ease, the IP address lockdown/security, the employee remote access and communication for employees and managers.

Negative: It can get a bit pricey when you have more and more employees join the company. When company is small the price is FANTASTIC but as you grow the price becomes harder to swallow.

Summary: Great experience, no problems with any of the features. Highly recommend to anyone needing a way to keep track of time sheets.

Positive: It's very easy to use and keep track of my staff's time cards. I can easily edit and adjust time. No problems.

Negative: Like it a lot, would definitely recommend to others that need a way to keep track of time sheets.

Summary: If you are looking for an online timeclock service that works as advertised and doesn't cost a lot then look no further.

Positive: Have used this online timeclock service for years and it has only gotten better over time. Very cost effective service to use and works very well. Would highly recommend them.

Negative: None!

Summary: If you have less than 20 employees signing in and out either on a paper time sheet or some Excel crap, this is 100 fold better. Very affordable.

Positive: Saves time and calculated hours efficiently. Workers know exactly the number of hours worked. For payroll staff it eliminates need for manual calculation and potential errors.

Negative: They seem to make incremental improvements to the app. This there are no cons.

Summary: I have been the manager of the company for almost 3 years. We had on the clock before I was with the company. Shortly after I started I became the admin to set up new employees and fix any mistakes that were needed.

Positive: It is very easy to access and all employees have no problem with setting up.
Being able to clock in and out on an app is very convenient for us with the line of work we do.

Negative: There is not too much I can say I don't like. I think the way PTO is set up could be a little easier.

Summary: Will continue using On The Clock for our time clock needs. If you are looking for an inexpensive program for time tracking this is the one.

Positive: This program has been great for our little company. The price is awesome. Will continue to use it when needed.

Negative: Haven't had any issues with the program at all over the years that we have used it.

Summary: Our paint crews travel to many different locations and I'm not always there.. The app makes is easy to see who is there on time. OnTheClock is efficient and saves me time.

Positive: Easy for my employees to use.

Can job cost.
Simple to look back at previous time sheets.

Negative: Can't email all my individual employees time cards.
I wish their cards were connected directly to their emails.

Summary: Couldn't be happier, it really does make payroll a lot easier and quicker than it used to be, so glad I made the switch!

Positive: Downloads easily to my QuickBooks!
Don't have to spend time figuring time cards anymore!
Easy to make adjustments, if need be!

Negative: Wish the notes would also show up on the QuickBooks time sheet when I transfer the hours but not a big deal.

Summary: Easy to use for us older folks. This is a small business with only 10 employees and it is working great for us.

Positive: At age 79 it takes longer to figure things out, but keep trying and was able to fix the issues Just need to remember next time I have an issue how to do it.

Negative: So far no problems. Sometimes it is con fusing but just keep looking.

Summary: Would definitely recommend, especially to a growing company. The time it saves me during payroll pays for itself.

Positive: So helpful and convenient. It pays for itself by saving me time. The app is also very convenient for employees.

Negative: What's not to like? It could maybe have more reporting options? I've only come across one I needed that isn't offered and I can't even remember what that was.

Summary: I find this product to be easy to use and my manager and other employee agree. We are a 3-person company and had a basic need to get away from handwritten paper timesheets and OnTheClock fit the bill. The product was seamless to set up to fit our company needs. It makes my job as a payroll admin much easier.

Positive: -Great customer support, you get a real person!
-So many features, they do most everything I could ever need.
-Because we only have a few employees our pricing is free, which is a huge bonus! And even when we hire now, it's very reasonable.

Negative: -Although it integrates with QuickBooks Online, it does not keep OT hours classified that way, they get pulled over as all REG hours. For this reason, I do not use the integration import, I just enter the hours manually, which works fine for just a few employees.
-Managers do not receive email notifications when PTO is requested, only administrators. I've had to set up my manager as an admin as well for this purpose, which does not make logical sense.

Summary: Very happy with the service. It offers so many features at a good value. Thankful to have found this solution - great for our small team.

Positive: The app offers everything we need for time tracking for our small team. And the price is affordable, especially for all the features offered.

Negative: The app design / user interface is not as simple or intuitive as I'd like. It is reliable and does everything we need, but it feels more complicated than needed for simply clocking in and out.

Summary: It's been a great experience over the few years we've had it. The employees like it also because they can use it on their phones and on the computer without a hassle.

Positive: It helps us manage our employees time very very good! I use it for all my office employees and i can keep track on the time on and off for everyone.

Negative: It sometimes doesn't let one of my employees clock out while using the app on the phone, i'm not sure if its because of her phone or an error on the app.
