Summary: I wish I had known about Nozbe sooner. The way it helps my team track progress, follow appointments, and keep the information about clients helps a great deal. The support is very friendly and actually helps the client with setting up the account. The team is eager to consider improvements and constantly adds new features to the app. Also, the fact that it works on practically any device helps a lot.

Summary: As a pilot, I'm often in places with bad or no internet, but with time to kill. So it was really frustrating to use task managers before that either only worked online, or didn't sync to my computer. This one works very well for that!
Positive: Works offline. Snappy iPhone app. Multiple workspaces (I like to keep personal tasks and work tasks in one place but also separate).
Negative: No integration with Microsoft OneDrive… You can upload files to Nozbe, but I already have all my files there.

Summary: Overall I'm satisfied, I can't imagine not having such a "personal assistant" to remind you of your many recurring duties in these times when life is fast and the number of responsibilities is growing.

Summary: I've been using Nozbe for over a year now and so far I've enjoyed it very much. I really appreciate the fast development of the product. Sometimes the pace results in some hiccups, but despite that I've never had any substantial problems with using Nozbe.
Positive: I work as an interior decorator, so collaboration with other people is a huge part of my job. Not only I need to communicate with several of my client and contractors simultaneously, I also have to make sure the to keep my deadlines. In order to achieve that, I've always relied on project managment software. What I particularly value about Nozbe are the fresh yet very useful features like sharing projects and tasks with other teams or even people who don't own a Nozbe account! This has been a huge lifesafer for me, since I don't have to go through multiple emails and IMs everyday and instead can collect my communication in one place. Also, I really like the clear distinction between priority tasks, incoming actions and activity. It really hits the spot when comes to maintaining the balance between being focused on my current work and staying up-to-date with whatever is happening in all of my ongoing projects.
Negative: You can feel the product in still in development by some tiny UI problems popping up from time to time. Fortunately, they don't happen very often and even if they do, they get fixed pretty quickly.

Summary: A great to-do and communication tool for small teams with apps for all the platforms. Since implementing it in our team we haven't had any fuckups and nothing got forgotten!
Positive: We moved all our team's communication and collaboration to Nozbe a couple of years ago. We have dozens of ongoing projects (marketing, sales, finance, hr, etc.) as well as goal-directed ones (Black Friday campaign, Implementing new feature, Organizing a team retreat, etc,). We add tasks, set reminders and use recurring tasks a lot. We often use project templates for the stuff that repeats, like onboarding a new employee or recording a podcast episode. With the calendar view, reminders and notification we are always up to date. Nothing gets lost. Totally recommended for small and medium-sized teams!
Negative: No time tracking built in :( Otherwise there is nothing to complain about.

Summary: Honestly, I am very disappointed. This app seems more like a scam or a PoC for a marketing company, because its not a real product. On the first glance everything seems fine, you'll see reviews online and a professional front but you will soon find out that there is not much under the hood.
The app doesn't didn't work most of the time, unable to get a quotation from their "team" (I am putting team in quotation because they say their company have 20+ employees but I have a strong suspicion its just the owner roleplaying, no joke), links are broken on their website. The owner Mr. Michał was very rude and unhelpful, lies on the phone talking about sever problem, promises to call you back but never does.
I won't say its a scam because no money was taken from me, I guess I could say I was scammed out of my time. Very unprofessional.Positive: -free trial I guess? I really can't come up with anything that this app have and other free project management app doesn't (and its not as limited as in this one)
Negative: -doesn't work most of the time (Windows, Android, haven't tried iOS)
